Here we are, ladies and gentlemen. The last installment of the He-Man clix! Here we are, with the evil Hordak annd He-Man's twin sister (and defender of the secrets of the Crystal Castle!).

First up, the evil leader of the Horde, HORDAK! A unique was chosen, since he's often seen as the ultimate He-Man foe by some people. He was difficult to do, trying to reconcile the three versions of him that arose in the mini-comics, She-Ra and the 2000 series.

Hordak teleports in, and is able to choose to blast apart armies, or use his magic to weaken and then tear apart a specific foe. More durable than his student Skeletor, he gets some up front Imp for his mastery of magic, plus his use of cybernetic technology. Mastermind is then used with the aid of his soldiers to help him, and then combat reflexes to show how hard he is to keep in spot when based. Random psychic blast and pulse wave for his various magical blasts that have been used to evade capture and wear down even the likes of He-Man. End-dial phase for a quick get-away, and some brilliant tactitioning for his deft leadership of the Horde.

Pog: Imp
SPD: 8
ATK: 6
DEF: 14

Here she is. My favorite 80's heroine... the Princess of Power! With a variety of powers shown in her own show, she'll have an interesting dial.

V She-Ra
Team: Masters of the Universe (Ult. X-Men)
Range: 0 /

She-Ra is riding swift wind, using her transporter ability to reak havok. After a bit, she charges in and stays based. She keeps punching away, and going all "Sword to rope" on her foes, until she switches to "Sword to Shield!" and starts defending those nearby the battle. Also, if there was anything the show taught, it was that Swift Wind would get hit and fall, forcing She-Ra to use her limited healing powers to bring him back. She busts out the sword at this point, getting serious.

Not too bad. Personally I'd like to see Hordak being a bit stronger than that though. I always pictured him as being quite alot above all the other 'bad guys'. In the new series Skeletor and King Hiss both seemed to be afraid of him. I know it's tough to nail with so many versions of him in mini-comics and tv series and what not. I would give him higher damage though, a few clicks of 5 with maybe a little more psy blast. Maybe a few more clicks of life with a bit more outwit or even exploit weakness. The mastermind and phasing at the beginning and end are spot on though. Myabe even a bit of leadership on him.

She-Ra's really good. Wouldn't change anything there.

I went with more of his 80's stuff, since the 2000 series had mostly conjecture, because the jerks at Cartoon Network went and canceled on them. In the 80's, he was pretty much even with Skeletor, albeit more ruthless. I didn't hand out 5's to any of the characters except He-Man and She-Ra... and that's because they always do somehow happen to win. Its the advantage they have, if they can base their respective arch-enemies.

I did design the Hordak to be more effective, solo, than Skeletor. I wouldn't mind plopping a last ditch 5 damage on Hordak, though. Maybe the last click, when he has a 9 attack again? Or maybe make it 5 with close combat expert... or RCE...

These (and all of your other MOTU designs) were really fun to read through! Thanks for doing this, Entertainer!

It reminds me of a half-finished project to convert ShadowRun Duels rules for use with MOTU action figures...

GREAT Dials! While I might have done some things differently, you definitely had a strong and clear vision in mind when you designed these.

Always wished He-Man's sword could do half the things She-Ra's sword could do. Maybe all of that thinking about He-Man's sword shoudl have been a sign to my parents...

She-Ra's really good. Wouldn't change anything there.

I'd add an activation click to her, since she was always her Princess self when things started. Unless you'd be saving that for her RE & Le versions.

Those would be on her RE and LE versions, that is correct. Some episodes and fights, she comes prepared for, and if she's on a flying horse, she's already transformed. ;)

Thanks for the kind words folks. Its nice to know they were at least read through, and considered adequate enough for no dispariging comments.
