Sweet dial, but maybe put perplex or support for the Banner click, I've never seen Banner as the Outwit type.

He's a scientist who built weapons. He's been able to avoid capture in his Banner form, from the United States government for extrememly long stretches. I think outwit is fine.

Now for the positives. Sure, this is probably a pretty good indication of the Incredible Hulk's comic book power in click form. Would I play him? Mmmm, not so much . . .

That generator is whack. Not accurate at all. V Supes is like 350+ too.

As for the Hulk dial, I dislike the 6 damage. I doubt it'll ever happen again, and I don't think even Hulk deserves it today.

6 damage is fine, too much 4 damage flurry though and too high of AV. Drop everything click 3 and after down a notch. And either lower his ending damage or make the flurry where he has a 3 damage. And drop the 13 speed to a 12. Even number charges work best.

No odd charges work better because he does not deserve 14 speed but you can kinda justify 13 but not 14. And you still get to move 7 squares with charge with 13 speed.
