Welcome to the revised Dial Making Championship! I apologize to all who have signed up, but due to the large amount of interest, it is felt neccessary to split into brackets, and have a "dial off" in the end.

A list of the nominated characters is at the bottom, but read through all this. The rules are revised.

1. All who have signed up are allowed to back out now if they wish. These are new rules.

2. The nominated characters will be used as the semi-finals dial creations.

3. By voting for a DC and Marvel character, you acknowledge that you will randomly be placed in either bracket. There will be two brackets in total.

4. Each bracket will alternate Marvel-DC/DC-Marvel characters, as long as neccessary for the numbers provided. Mainstream, popular characters will alternate for reasons of fairness, and the following characters may show up. I would "preview" the characters in consideration, but we need to finish this voting first.

Each round will have open voting for a 24 hour period.

4. This will continue until each bracket has a top two or three, depending on the numbers that sign up. These top winners in each bracket will have to make either the DC or Marvel voted character, depending on their bracket. This will be a challenge if someone doesn't know the character, but that's a challenge to make it to the finals.

5. The two winners will face off in a no holds barred tournament, wherein they will choose a character to design, posting information on the character along with their dial.

6. The following members are official participants. Sign ups are closed.

Nightwing and gambit. Also when you post the characters please link to some form of summary of the character as some of the characters are obscure(Stepenwolf who?)

Wikipedia my friend, I guarantee that most if not all the characters will have info there.

You can vote for the ones you nominated, I just reccomended trying to avoid it at all costs. Just to avoid a bunch of 1s and 2s for the final tally.

Oh and for aminar Steppenwolf is one of Darksied's warriors, usually on the front lines of combat leading the parademons and war dogs and such into battle.

Voting can be exteneded if there's a call for it, but it's supposed to end... *looks at watch* in an hour.

On Sunday, the slots will be going up, and the dial posting will begin. There will be a 24 hour period until noon on Monday, wherein dials may be posted. I apologize if this is inconvenient to people, but if we hanng around and wait all the time, people will lose interest. Starting noon Monday, the word will be out for voting. 8 people will be cut from each bracket. Voting will commence for a little longer (ie, when we have enough votes). Things will heat up as the numbers get cut.

If people do not post dials in the required time allotted, they will be considered "cut".

I will review this when I have the brackets up by tommorrow.
