I thought US Agent was super strong? It looks to much like Captain America (Steve Rodgers). Also, why is his attack better then Caps? I thought Cap was more skilled?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Walker has superhuman strength. Less skilled as Cap since he is younger, but WAS trained in Cap's fighting style by Taskmaster.

Why no willpower? Walker isn't Steve, but he is a dedicated diehard nut job. He shouldn't have lots of it, but 2 or so click of it should show up on his dial.

Also, no Impervious. His shields are not as indestructible as Cap's is.
