I like it alot. Maybe add one more click of Toughness and push all the other powers back.
I don't think the leadership is appropriate. I don't recall her being much of a leader. Maybe a click of close combat expert or two instead. She should have a click or two of inpvul to start and either combat reflexes or more toughness instead of the super senses. Poison seems an odd choice. Maybe quake instead.

Make her dolphin for fun. And just have on a flight stand for no reason.
Then she can be submerged.

69 points for flying wildcard Charging SS Leadership? I'd say she's about 15-20 points too cheap. Also, I see that she has the "new" activation click, but still rather top-heavy IMHO.
Also, can you give examples or explanations for these powers? I don't see Leadership, Poison or Plasticity in her, but you know I was never a New Warriors fan. Thought they were the Velveeta of super-teams.

She was a leader of the Warriors for a story arc when Night Thrasher was off dealing with his own problems and Marvel Boy was on trial for the murder of his father. Nova and Namorita were sort of battling for being leader of the New Warriors when NT wasn't around and earlier in the series, Namorita was usually it. I think a leadership version on an LE would be good since it was for such a short amount of time. Though, I would have named her Namorita Prentiss.
The poison could be a representation of when she was going through a transformation (actually by that time a second, after turning into Kymaera) of her powers (Vol. 2) and whenever she touched anybody, they would be burned (acid burn, not fire burn).
Plasticity could be that when she starts fighting one person, she stays hooked on him until he's done. Accompanied with Battle Fury may portray that better. But it's only an assumption.

I see your point, but I would still skip the leadership. I think that ability should be reserved for those who were actually tried and true leaders and were good at it. Not for those who happened to be called upon occasionally to take the lead. Ben Grimm was the leader of the FF for a while but I don't think he deserves leadership.
On a related subject I was trying to put a New Warriors team together using only released clix. In addition to firestar, night thrasher, nova and marvel boy I was thinking Rookie Icon Wonder Woman for Namorita and Rookie Northstar for Speedball. If it was 500 points I would then add Sinister Nick Fury as Chord.

Well, you could include Cloak and Dagger... Also, Bulldozer might make a good Rage... I think R WW doesn't fit her that well, the closest IMHO would be R Namor also because he has the wild card... And, IMHO REV Kid Flash/Impulse would be better for Speedball, but that's easily arguable.
I actually wrote an article about doing New Warriors theme teams. I submitted it to HCRealms but either it was rubbish or has just got lost :ermm:
But yeah, existing clicks for New Warriors are:

I think your Namorita is more interesting overall. I don't necessarily agree with the Plasticity (I don't think Namorita is that good a fighter, I would only ever assign that rationale to characters like Batman), however, its not unreasonable.

Actually, not even that. He helped the Warriors for two issues, they granted him membership at the end of the second, then the next issue "Scarlet Spider" (the one granted membership was now Spider-Man once again, though the Warriors never knew the difference) turned into a big robot. Then he went off into his thing. So, that's probably (if I am missing anything) two issues of actual Warriors membership for Scarlet Spider, but a member none-the-less.
Edit: Also, I wouldn't consider Cloak to be a member, they asked for his help, but he refused (the story arc with the Dark Force), but Dagger did help out when they needed it.
Silhouette could be made as a Unique.
And Chord. He could be a unique as well. Although I don't think he was ever really popular enough to warrant that.

Yeah SPeedball is tough. I think everyone is overthinking him though. He should have 5-6 clicks, no powers on the first click, then hypersonic, energy shield and perplex for the rest of the dial. Maybe with his defense going up rather then down.

THIS is the Namorita dial I'm looking for. Hope Wizkids is taking notes. I do think I would definitely lose the leadership, though. Also liked the idea of pushing back the defensive powers in favor of another click of toughness upfront. Maybe pushing back the battle fury, too.

Cloak and Dagger were never 'full' members of the New Warriors. They teamed with them for a story, were offered membership and turned it down. However, they did say they'd help if needed and were taken on as 'Reserve Members'.
I'd say they'd fit on any 'Warriors team.
AFAIK, Scarlet Spider was in the Warriors for 12 issues, give or take. However, I never read those :nervous:
