the addition of range and backloaded Incapacitate just serve to inflate his point cost. The step up in starting attack from a 7 to an 8 isn't worth the points either. He is a tie-up piece and bloating his cost with extras isn't any good.

Fear the E ghost! Plenty of points worth losing, but with a whole dial of sense, he can waste the time of just about any other character of his choosing. Late incap scares people for some reason...

The only thing missing is the Exploit Weakness. this guy deserves it.

I like this version better than the Rookie because it has range, pahsing and Stealth. Tough to hit.
