A fig that has 5 clicks that can do 4 damage is not a fig to be taken lightly. Add to that TK and Barrier to make the fig more useful, Supersenses to discourage attackers unless they have a plan around it, round out the dial with a touch of incapacitate, shake well and you have a fig that gets underrated. To be candid she did follow Firelord when there was attack after taxi but I think this fig has always been underrated.

I would play the Experience figure. The Vet has lower movement and her defense is no higher than the rookie. Her saving grace is all that RCE.
