A fabulous tie up piece and tertiary attacker. His defense and attack are both above average for his point cost and opponent must pay attention to him. To bad his powers don't really portray the comic figure other then the ES/D.

A 34 point dynamo. The E S/D allows him the ability to close in on his target, and the 10 AV increases his ability to land a hit.
