Man, they really tried with this piece. Her powers are great and cool and I love them. Her numbers are drab and disappointing. Her stealth allows her to hide while sniping bricks with the psy-blast and the CCE protects her from being based. HOWEVER, her AV drops pretty darn quizk and her base damage isn't frightening to anyone even with her powers.

If she had a base 2 damage for even her first two clicks she would be a 4 or 5 star piece. But she doesn't, so she isn't.

Great power set, but her AV, range and base damage levels are too low to really giver her a serious look.
