My favourite Panther if feats aren't authorized. And the claws and higher attack reflect a little more the Black Panther we know.

Tons of Stealth keep Black Panther protected and free to Outwit opponents until he is able to base one and take them out with BCF. Great bargain piece. The same opening stats as the Vet but less points. Just don't let him get hit.
