Great all around figure, that can be a great support figure with her barrier, or a secondary attacker.

Yikes. I'll stick with Vertigo. Besides, Incap is only good when successful against figures with higher point values than the Incapper. This makes Kree Warriors or SWAT better than Killer Frost, whose DV means she probably won't live long enough to get any use out of her TA.

There was a time when you could get away with dumping 76 points into a piece with only a single click of attack above 8 and a 15 defense. That time has now passed. Killer Frost's utility as a long-ranged Barrier piece is questionable... although she has lots of clicks of it, would you really abandon her only decent attack value by pushing? The TA is a slight redeeming factor if you are running a large team and can orchestrate some "planned" sacrifices to keep her top-clicked and shooting stuff for 4. I don't see any use for the Steal Energy, so once she hits it you'd better run her next to someone at death's door for an SS heal - or else just throw her under the bus at an opponent.
