Fixer is a great, high point game assist. Good powers and abilities through the whole dial. He dies too quickly, though, to use him in a game going any less than 500 points.

Any figure over 100 points with an attack less than 10 is an instant skip when I choose figures. The perplex only partially mitigates this, but he is still just a bloated figure from his horrible rainbow dial. He also is fair less comic accurate from the other versions. Avoid at all costs. The sculpt still rocks.

Not really worth 105.

He could potentially deal a lot of damage, but there are better figs out there.

Only one of three figures with the Thunderbolts keyword that qualify for Brilliant Tactician. One of the others is Baron Zemo, who doesn't get Perplex until his last two clicks, and then there is the Xplosion V Taskmaster, who is better and cheaper (than Fixer). I'm not an expert on Thunderbolts history, but Fixer is definitely more thematic if going for comic accuracy. Still, I haven't played the fig yet so I cannot rate him.
