Not very offensive, but he's the cheapest source of Enhancement with the Future keyword.

Not very offensive? For 41 points you get a 3rd attacker that just needs some PC/Perplex/Contingency Plan help to deal 4 damage up close or at range. I love it.

I've tried four times to make this guy sing, and I just can't do it. He's not good enough at any one thing to fit in.

The powers set isn't awful, especially considering that this was printed pre-special powers. However, during his first appearances (i.e., "Rookie" period) Deathlok tended to show up and disintigrate people with one spot. I would think higher damage on the RCE clicks along with a better attack score might reflect this, even if the latter dial drops drastically.
