Executioner takes 2 after Toughness
Shocker takes 2 after Toughness.
Crimson Dynamo (AW) takes 2 after Toughness.
Spymaster takes 3.
Madame Masque takes 3. and Masterminds it onto Firebrand. Firebrand earns 1 DFD, and I think Shocker earns a KO, correct?
Bullseye takes 3.
Justin Hammer disintegrates.
1. Ultron is going to target the now-vulnerable Spymaster with an Energy Explosion attack. Anything but a Crit Miss will hit. Roll is a 5. Spymaster, Crimson Dynamo (XP), Shrike, Masque, and Executioner all take one. Move that Masque damage to wherever you'd like, just make a note that I'm putting it on her for now. Ultron earns 1 SA.
2. Shocker pushes to move to I-10.
3. Executioner will push to attack Crimson Dynamo (XP). I believe the roll is an 8 on a 15. Needs a 7 or better. Roll is a 5 again. Executioner takes 1 push.

And Shocker is supposed to be at I-10. I forgot to change it in the recap.

2.) Using MOE, Executioner will push to attack Crimson Dynamo(XP). Still needs a 7. Roll is a 9. Executioner takes 1 for the MoE push, CDXP takes 2 after toughness, and Executioner earns 1 SA.

2. Ultron hate poison! Needs anything but a crit miss to smite Masque. Roll is a 7, and Masque finally takes damage. XD 1 SA for Ultron, and 1 push damage, as well.

If you look at the upgrades, it's actually the rookie from the most expensive REV set. It looks like what you've quoted has a typo in it. See the upgrades? If you start from the cheapest available supes, the next upgrade is to the R from the most expensive set.
SomaCruz already is in the most expensive REV progression.
Rookie Ultron 5 is 118 points (most expensive REV).
LE Ultron 13 is 150 (what Soma had).
His next upgrade would be to E (AW) Ultron 11: 164 points (So SomaCruz, you were correct with your thoughts on your upgrade).
Your next upgrade would be V Ultron 16 (AW): 177 points.
After that would be the final upgrade, V (IC) Ultron: 188 points

Oh and allow me to clarify the double REV progression for Ultron.
I screwed this one up. Partly because at the time, we were still navigating on how to handle multiple REV progressions.
The more expensive of the two REV sets is the IC version because the Vet clocks out at 188 for IC while the AW version is only 177.
So in this case the cheapest Rookie (IC at 111 pts) and the Rookie from the most Expensiver REV set (As pointed out the IC REV set) is the same figure.
The progression should have gone:
R Ultron (IC) 111 pts (Starting)
R Ultron-5 (AW) 118 pts
E Ultron (IC) 139 pts (First upgrade)
LE Ultron-13 (AW) 150 pts
E Ultron-11 (AW) 164 pts
V Ultron-16 (AW) 177 pts
V Ultron (IC) 188 pts (Second upgrade)
Because I missed it/am dumb, I think I let Mbauers go R Ultron from AW as his starting and then LE Ultron as his first upgrade.
This is entirely my mistake. It's not a huge difference, but technically Ultron should started on the Rookie version from IC, then have been upgrade to the Exp version from IC (which is where our new player would have bought him) and next would be the final upgrade to his Vet version, unlocking all versions of him.
Not a huge deal, because I think both players have been using the Exp IC version anways.
My bad, SomaCruz, shoot me a PM and we can discuss what you want to do with upgrading.

Well, choose is a word I'd like to define.
If you had "Chosen" to start with the IC version, you'd eventually have to go the SIN version and your progression would have looked like this:

Becuase you can choose to either go for the cheapest version or the Rookie from the most Expensive REV set.
Here's what trips people up. What defines the most Expensive REV set is not the rookies, but you compare Vets.
So in Ultron's case, both the cheapest version and the most Expensive REV set is the IC version. He really doesn't have a choice on what versions will be his progressions. I made a mistake and confused the issue, but in reality, he should have just gone R-E-V of IC.
You on the other hand had the choice of going cheap, and adding another step in your progression or starting with the Rookie from SIN and doing it the "proper way"
I just don't want anyone to be confused and think they have a choice on which REV progression they'll use as the standard for upgrading.
Like I don't want you to thin you could have gone:
