Well if that is Leonardo I really dont think he should have EW only CCE as should all of the TMNT they dont have swords or anything that can cut into anything and they never really hit you in the right spot to hurt anyone they are just really good fighters with weapons so CCE and BCF fits most the TMNT fine. All that is IMO.

Why not? Leo is an expert swordsman. He knows where your weak point is and how to hit it. He's not so good as to ignore reducers of someone he's not attacking (a la outwit) but he definitely can cut through the powerful foes.

In the end, though, I think EW is fine on folks... as long as they're damage reflects that. A TK'd Leonardo could do 3 damage to the Thing... something that shouldn't happen in my opinion.

So, no more than 2 damage, at most, on those EW clicks. Or balance it with some low damage. I love the turtles, but in the end, they're still just really good ninjas. Really, really, really good ninjas. ;)

Correction: One of them has blades. Sai's (Raph's weapon) are blunt weapons.

Also, why doesn't Raph have range? He throws those things all the time. I'd also just give Don 2 range for his staff.

Sucrebo
11/07/2006, 22:57
The range thing is tough. They all throw shuriken, but not all of them do so regularly. Don's 4 is mostly for his gadgets and trinkets, rather than his bo.

You said they are based off the comics, so my opinion is probably disregarded because I havnt read them.

I like the structure on the dials and such, but there are definitely a few things I would change.

I agree on the Charge, Ie he shouldnt have it (Shredder)

Raph needs some BF.

Donatello needs more Outwit and a click or so of Perplex for BT.

And It seems Leos dial is a little deep. Other than that I think the values are pretty dead on and great speed powers.

Yeah, I'll work on Shredder.

I used CCE as an analog to BF on Raph. Basically, if you calm him down (outwit) he won't hit as hard. I'm considering giving him range, and if I did, BF would join it.

I don't really see Don as a BT. He's not a planner or a motivator. He just makes cool gear that helps out.

Leo's got the Spidey/Wolverine deal of not giving up until he's not absolutely nothing left to give. He'll get the CARP kicked out of him and still try to help.

I took the basic idea you used for Leo's dial, longer dial to show how hard he is to take down.

And since he can man-handle all four turtles at once he gets the third bolt & the boost late-dial to show him getting fed up and really cutting loose.
