Marauders turn 1

"Canada... I HATE Canada" Scalphunter spits in the show as he watches Alpha Flight's advance through his binoculars. "Why are we even here in the first place?" Vertigo whines, "I mean are any of those clowns even mutants? What do Sinister care about them?"
Scalphunter turns on her with a snarl "How should I know, the boss ain't exactly in the habit of sharing his motivations with me, why don't you ask him yourself when we get back, you know how he loves being questioned!"

1) "Alright, they're moving out. Follow me, and let's put and end to this ice-capade quickly!" Scalphunter runs to Q10

free) "Let's see how she likes this..." Scalphunter grins as he pulls out a small electronic device, pointing it at Vindicator. Pressing a button it emits a focused e-m impulse, jamming her battle-suit. Scalphunter outwits Vindicator's running shot.

2) "LeBeau, move out, they'll be coming this way now!" Scalphunter barks out as Gambit quietly sneaks forward to O11

3) "Harpoon, you take the high ground on the other side!" The Inuit warrior nods, drawing a slayspear from his quiver as he runs up the stairs to Q19

4) "Blockbuster, keep an eye on the Cajun, just to remind him who he's working for!" "Gotcha boss" Blockbuster grins as he strides forward to Q12, picking up the dumpster Gambit just left on his way.

Scalphunter will use Protected against any attack dealing a total of more than 1 damage after toughness to him (including knockback attacks that would knock him off the building).

1) "I hate snow... I hate cold... I hate french... Someone's going to pay for this" Vertigo mutters as she runs up to Blockbuster in Q14

2) "If you're cold, then warm-up the old fashioned way, by beating these flatscans into a pulp!" Arclight yells to her as she walks forward to P9

3) "I wish the runt was here to watch, but I'm still gonna enjoy taking his friends apart!" Creed laughs as he bursts from cover, running to O7

free) Scalphunter keeps the e-m jammer trained on Vindicator, scrambling Heather's suit. Scalphunter outwits Vindicators running shot.

Scalphunter will use Protected against any attack causing him to loose outwit.

Marauders turn 3

1) "Harpoon! Get OUT OF MY WAY!" Scalphunter yells. Harpoon tries to break. Roll is: 2, no such luck.

2) "Move out and get ready for that wall to come down!" Scalphunter barks to Gambit. Gambit moves out of cover to L15

3) "Don't worry Cajun, I haven't forgotten ya" Blockbuster grins as he trods after Gambit to M15

free) "Time to put you out hot-shot!" Scalphunter graps a grenade from his combat harness and tosses it across towards the roof on the other side. As the projectile sails through the air Sunfire shoots it out of the air with a burst of flame. The grenade detonates in the air above him, and covers him with a spray of flame and radioactive retardent foam. Scalphunter outwits Sunfire's RCE.

Scalphunter will use Protected against any attack causing him to loose outwit.

1) Ka-Zar whips out his trusty knife and takes a swipe at Harpoon, 9 on 14 need 5 roll= 3,2 hit. BCF= 6. KO.
2) Vindicator RS to I-10 and fires at Gambit and Vertigo, need 6 to hit both roll = 5,3 hit. Vertigo senses=1. 2 damage to vertigo and 1 to gambit.
3) Sasquatch leaps to I-15 picking up the HO at H16 along the way.
4) Marrina moves to K-14

Marauders Turn 4

1) Picking herself up from the ground, Vertigo looks around with murder in her eyes. "Guess you're the lucky one who gets to pay fish-girl!" Vertigo incaps Marrina. 9 atk. vs 15 def. Needs a 6. Roll is: (4,2) a 6 and a hit. Marrina gets a token and is pushed.

free) "Now let's see how tough that armour of yours really is sweetie" Scalphunter smiles wickedly as he loads a clip of armour-piercing bullets in his guns. Scalphunter outwits Vindicator's invulnerability.

2) "Party time!" Scalphunter leaps from his perch on the roof, taking cover behind a motorcycle as he opens fire on Vindicator and Marrina. Scalphunter makes a running shot to O11, aiming for Marrina and Vindicator. 11 atk. vs 16 and 15 def. Needs a 5 for both, a 4 for Marrina. Roll is: (5,3) 8 and a hit. Scalphunter will give all 3 to Vindicator. 1 SA for Scalphunter.

With perfect accuracy Scalphunter's hail of bullets hits home, punching through Heather's forcefield and suit with ease, wounding her gravely.

3) "Save some for me, will ya Scalp?" Arclight grins, running to J11

4) "As much as I hate sushi, I'll make an exception in your case!" Creed laughs as he leaps towards Marrina, claws extended. Sabretooth runs to L13

Scalphunter will use Protected against any attack doing more than 1 damage after toughness.

He hears a voice in his mind, "Do not worry old friend, let my mystic powers guide you" the Shamans magic cleared the haze from Sasquatch's vision and he saw clearly before him the leader of this sinister band. Summoning up all his remaining strength Sasquatch hurled a thunderous punch, unable to dodge it Scalphunter fell to the floor with a thud. Yep, that would be your first miss of this match, and incidently, Ka-Zar has yet to roll below a 5 on his blades... :disappoin

1) "I don't know what happened before, but ya're going down now!" Blockbuster swings at Sasquatch again. 7 atk. vs 13 def. Needs a 6 (fully expecting a critical miss here...). Roll is: (6,1) a 7 and a hit (Hey who broke my dice roller?). Sasquatch takes 1 after toughness and is KO'ed. 1 SA and 1 KO for Blockbuster.

Though still reeling from accidently punching himself in the face, Blockbuster still manages to land a punch on the even more ailing Sasquatch. The blow connects with his midsection with bone-breaking force, dropping Dr. Langkowski like a furry pile of rags. "C'MON YA LOUSY FLATSCANS! THINK I CAN'T TAKE ALL OF YA?
