I like it. You may be hurt when it comes to range. To help this you could try Vet Soldier X(Cable) at 106pts. This would also allow you to put Vault on either Spidey or DareDevil.

If you don't have the vet you can easily go with either his Exp or LE version. The RCE & OW go a long way.

Barring that, and still being thematic you could use the Vet Ghost Rider from FF at 102.

He's opposed to the Registration, therefore he would be on Cap's side over Iron Man's.

Aren't Iron Fist & Luke Cage on opposing sides?

I thought Cage was siding with Iron Man.

Nah, he's on cap's side. They did an issue of New Avenger dedicated to Luke making a stand against the registration. One of the better civil war tie in pieces. They ran it along the lines of civil liberties and such.
