The judge was taking suggestions for how to shake up games this month and here is what I came up with, and it will be used next week.
4 teams, 1 figure each, they are valued at 400, 300, 200, and 100. So each player has a four figure force, and extra points may not be shared.

I want to give the new Kangs a go, so my team is

V Kang the Conqueror at the 400 level
LE Nathaniel Richards at the 300 level
E Kang at the 200
R Kang at the 100

Im still debating the cards on the rookie,
A) Nanobots, which would allow him to heal should I mastermind onto him from the LE or E
B) Protected and Lucky Break, Would help him survive and give him a better shot to hit
C) Armor Piercing, Get some use of the Energy Explosion early dial
D) Force Field, keep him alive longer

And Im not sure if I want to Nova Blast on the Experienced, with 70 pts of cards, its possible, but Force Field, Stunning Blow, ICWO, Protected and maybe Thwart will be taking up most of that space, and I may Repulsor Shield or Fortitude him. Decisions, Decisions...

The LE is definately getting Thwart, to knock off opponent's feats and Trick Shot as well, Fortitude, ICWO, and Repulsor Shield are there as well, plus what ever else I decide to throw on.

The Vet with 200 pts left for cards will be getting everything I can think of.

Any suggestions?

Remember to also feel free to mastermind to the E from the LE. The E gets better as he takes damage (I assume that's why you were talking about him using Mastermind on the rookie, though ;) )

Definately put protected on the LE. I've done a Council of Kangs before, and it's a good fall back in case you're caught with no Mastermind fodder. He takes a hit? Falls onto running shot and invuln. Not bad...

If you have enough points to spare, maybe put Siphon Power on the LE. That way you can copy more than just MoE if needed. Especially if an opponent plays Icons Supes and Batman TA Supes. Copy the Supes TA so you can see the Batman TA Supes on offense, and copy Batman TA so the Batman Supes can't target you from range on defense.

Careful, though...I could be wrong on this, but Siphon Power prevents you from copying friendly TAs, I think.

the feat card says that you can use any TA on the battle map. i think the only downside is that you are stuck with that TA for the whole turn, and can't wildcard at every new action like the usual.
