What is the most effective way to ship comic books in terms of speed, price, etc? I'm going to throw some on ebay and I haven't decided on the number of books I should put in each lot. So any advice would be appreaciated.
I personally do not have info for you, but I have purchased some comics from CustomCreator and I know he sells on e-Bay so you could PM him if he or nobody else replies here.

For comics, I recommend padded envelopes, which you can buy at Office Max or Depot in 3-5 packs to save. (Or check dollar stores...sometimes you get lucky...) Comics I bag, board, then sandwich between pieces of corrugated cardboard to mail. You can also use 3-4 additional boards on either side of the comic in a pinch. Write "Do Not Bend" on either side of the envelope, and use RED ink (Or ask to have it stamped "Do Not Bend" at the post office.) For large lots of comics, I like Diamond Shipping boxes. You've got to corner a comics shop owner on a Tuesday night and ask him to save them for you...
Thought I'd share this.
