The cook bakes up a special dish and serves it to the ever hungry now-a-days Yoda. Yoda doesn’t feel quite right though. He turns to make a move but his head explodes. Zombie Yoda-Alignment:Neutral played by Fin Fang Foom has died. That must have been some nasty pie!

The emperor has tired of the cook killing off people, especially his servant Thrawn, so he electrocutes him with several bolts of lightning. But the medical droid shows up shortly after to revive him.

Mara sneaks into a room and gets out just before the ugnaught returns. Mara spends the rest of the night listening to Max play some jazz. R2 decides to lock up the ugnaught for the rest of this evening. R2 is then cornered by the old pale stranger from korriban, and not seen for the rest of the evening.

Thawmus has been real quiet, and none of the other zombies (Antipathy, Jack of Hearts, Rokk) has answered in response to a direct quote the way sstralkowski did about who he wanted us to lynch. (sstralkowski seemed pretty happy about us wanting to lynch Thawmus). I thnk the zomibe horde might just be unstoppable. Night 7

Feeling a bit weak, Mara stops by the bar for a bite to eat. Dexter serves her up a fancy dish with an evil grin. 20 minutes later she’s off to the races on the vomit comet in the ladies room. She is not seen for the rest of the night, but lives to see the next morning. 2-1B stands beside the cook all night to make sure he feels ok.

Lando, C-3PO, R2-D2, the man who looks like old Ben, the ugnaught, and Han all sit with the old, pale, decaying man to select their next victim, I mean meal.

The Emperor is not so lucky however. As he is making his way down to the cantina the frightened pale man sneaks up behind him and puts several blaster bolts through him. And so Emperor Palpatine-Imperial Team Alignment:Evil-played by Thawmus has died. The frightened man in grey sneaks off and and has a run in with the little pale ugnaught on his way back to his room.

Max Rebo tries to ease the mind of the pale, old being that somehow escaped from Korriban, but he isn’t interested in listening. Salacious has lost his giddiness, and contemplates suicide down the garbage shoot, but just beats up the jawa and dunks his head in the toilet instead.


I ask that Thawmus not post in this thread or pm any involved in the game until it's conclusion. Thanks

I was the medical droid, doctor abilities. I started out on a team with Luke Skywalker and Yoda. But alas, the guy playing Luke never made it to the game apparently. What a waste, it was probably a good character to have.

I know the game sort of stalled out in the middle, but you guys have no clue how satifying it was to be a ninja zombie and just sort of take over without anyone knowing it.

Yeah, but the chances of that were slim to none considering he didn't know there was even a power like charles' and given that he knew who the imperials were, he wouldn't waste nights investigating Imperials on that chance. He'd be more useful hoping they targetted him and investigating rebels. He probably should have played up his tracker abiklities so the Imperials targetted him early on for death. Of course, that would also negate one of their night kills and they were role blocked enough as it was.

funny thing was first night you had iron ham set to track JackA then switched to scarlet witch who blew him up....

Very, very good strategy! I caught on towards the end and started protecting theanalogkid. I protected Screaming Banshee one night, found out that she was the muscian, then I figured I try analog and found out he was the role blocker, so I stuck with him.

I think the zombification was a bit too powerful. The serial killer role pretty much pales in comparison.

Also, the writeups hand out way too much information. The townies knew of just about every character in the game by day 3. You really shouldn't tell anyone anything except for a few very vague details about the killing events.

For example, everyone knew Darth Vader and his master had been roleblocked on night 1, due to the writeup. Which isn't information that the roleblocker should have, IMHO. Sure, he'd be able to come to the same conclusion anyways, but the writeups pretty much spelled out for him that he was roleblocking the mafia.

Whereas, when I diced up Cricket, there wasn't any evidence outside of the fact that he had obviously been sabered to death. So nobody had any leads on that incident at all.


Also, just a general "Don't say anything" should probably be adhered to more. For example, people shouldn't know the lawyer's power is in play. That's the whole point of the lawyer. People don't know you're using it unless you tell them. So you can save someone, but you'll probably stall out the lynching as well. But if you say anything, people will likely find you a liability sooner than later, and lynch you or night kill you.

The townies were also notified when people were killed due to cheating and other reasons, when they probably shouldn't be told anything.


Some better descriptions for powers would be good too. Cornucopia's, in particular, was worded in a way that says that he protects someone from aggressive powers, when in fact he only protects against night killing. Which means we would have used him as our assassin from day one.


Otherwise, I think it was run well. At first, I liked how you did the phases. When you started making 4-hour night phases, that wasn't really that great, but for the most part the game was enjoyable.

I still think a lot of the stalling of this game can be chalked up to just piss-poor luck. Roleblocking the Don on the first night isn't really something you can prepare for or expect. one thing i had to try and balance is the fact that some people know a ton about star wars while others, have just seen the movies and knew the major characters... some people are mafia game pros, while some are very new, including me.

i will keep the write-ups much more vague next time if i run another.

Which reminds me - Thank You! :) I'm thinking that was the "swing number" day; if you'd managed to get SStralkowski then, the zombies wouldn't have been able to hold off the following lynchings whereas keeping him alive that one more day moved the numbers to make it nigh-impossible - there was one more day during which the lawyer kept Thawmus alive and after that, lynching was pretty much "done" - to accomplish a lynch.

the way m_a_caque said JackA's part was evil, but not in contact with the mafia, I was shocked how long he lasted. Based on what everyone said, I assumed if he had been good (which is how it would have looked to evil) he would have been killed and after a few days of not being killed I would have assumed him evil and tried to get him killed. Congrats on making it to the end of the game man...even if your death is what ended it:)
