Does anyone have this album? I've been looking forward to it's release for quite awhile now, but haven't had the extra cash to buy it yet. I haven't heard anything about so far, and I was wanting to get an overall impression of the album before I pick it up.
So, what the verdict? As good as Contraband? Better? Worse?

I've heard one song off the radio. It's different then anything on Contraband, but it's sounds good. I'll probably pick up the CD when I can spare the cash.

At first listen, it didnt sound like anything special. But after a few listens, it really grew on me and now I really like it.

I think this CD rocks even harder than Contraband. I love Slash's guitar work.

I picked the CD yesterday. My first impression is that it reminds me a lot of their first release. It's nothing amazing, but it's still solid. The consensus that I've heard about this CD is that it grows on you, so I'm thinking that it'll happen to me, too.
The cover of "Can't Get You Out of my Head" was definitely a pleasant surprise.

I bought this about a month ago and finally made time to listen to it. I love "The Last Fight", "She Builds Quick Machines" is really good and the cover of ELO's "Can't Get It Out Of My Head" is very good. The rest is pretty good if you want to listen to stuff without thinking too much about it.
I understand this album hasn't done too well. If you've been resisting it I reccommend it if you've got the scratch to spare. If the album's a failure the band may break up. I think they still have potential and are capable of a really good release down the road. This one rates a C plus at least.

After having this CD for awhile, it has definitely grown on me. It's not the best CD available out there but it is worth picking up.
"She's Mine", "Let it Roll", "She Builds Quick Machines", "Last Fight", and "Can't Get You Out of my Head" are my favorites of the CD.
