Evil Alien Shape-Changer World Conquest game

Okay, here's how this one works.

12 people will sign up.

4 of them will be randomly chosen to be shape-changing aliens. One will be a Skrull, one a Durlan, one a Space Phantom and one a White Martian.

I will PM the aliens so that they know their identity.

Each round, one player will get to to name two of the alien races and ask if another player belongs to one of those races.

For instance: Player #1 posts "Is Player #2 a Durlan or a Skrull?"

I would reply in the next post either yes or no. If the answer is yes, though, I do not identify which of the two races he might be.

At any time, one of the aliens may PM me to state that he wants to assassinate one of the other players. There is a 50% chance he will succeed (knocking his target out of the game) and a 50% chance of failure and being publically identified as an alien (though what kind of alien would still have to be determined before he himself can be eliminated).

At any time, a player can post an accusation that another player is a specific alien. For instance, Player #1 can post "I accuse Player #2 of being a Skrull!" If he's right, the alien is eliminated from the game. If he's wrong, then he is eliminated from the game.

The game ends with human victory if all aliens are eliminated. Otherwise, if the last living player is an alien, then he wins and goes on to conquer the world.

Remember, the assignment to who is an alien and who isn't is completely random. Don't sign up to play unless you can be a good sport about it.

Though I appreciate that real life can often interfere with important things like Shape Changing Alien Games, I'll set a three hour time limit for someone to post a question or formally pass. Then it will switch to the next person's turn.

We will, of course, have an extending time out whenever I'm not online to moderate the game.

I go to www.random.org and use their random integer generator to get a number between 1 and 100. If it's 50 or less, the assassination succeeds.

I used the same site to get 4 numbers from 1 t0 12 to pick out who the aliens would be.
