300 point teams - pick the best 1

Hello everyone.
I'm playing in a 300 point tournament today and assume it's restricted.
I've got multiple ideas for teams.
Can you tell me which one would be the best and why.
All input is appreciated.

The idea is basically that Wildcat should always have 18 defense and a taxi for maximum beat-downs.

Ultra Boy and Phantom Girl are true gems, aren't they? :)

I'd give the slight nudge to Team Two. Ultra Boy and Phantom Girl each have the 18 defense, but Phantom Girl's is actually pushable. Then you have Bats providing his TA for extra protection.
