Just a typical superman clone but weaker, he clocks in 5 points less than gladiator, who can dish out 5-and 6 damage easier, and is a bit more vulnerable than his clone cousins

Shen basically can keep up with speedsters in the 2nd volume( the mark millar run, but is generally considered the weakest of the bunch.

What do you guys think? Opinions how to make them more representative without having to use white powers? Should the cost more? Less?

Not bad for a pared down Authority.

Hawksmoor was a rookie when he was in StormWatch Black though, and should be experienced. And have some terrain modifying special power.
Jenny was a rookie during WW II, and should be a veteran. With a lot of regeneration and a much deeper dial, Phasing... And a 5 damage pulsewave on her final click.
And while Swift is the weakest of the bunch, she still ought to be able to kill most of the X-Men. Give her some more BCF, EW... And she was in StormWatch as well. So no rookie.
Apollo and the Midnighter are also ex-SW. They're at least experienced. (incidently, if you haven't read the Warren Ellis StormWatch, it is superior to his Authority, and collected in 5 trades).
Apollo tends to be a ranged monster up front, and a hand-to-hand monster later on. opening on 10 range and PW, with a bunch of CCE later on seems about right.
Midnighter is not Batman light, but a veteran Legacy Batman with additional real superpowers. But with Ppx instead of OW.

[St. Cuthbert]

Hawksmoor could probably justify Phasing on his first click.

Other than that, they look pretty good.

The rookie part, is just cause i was too lazy to change the wording to Experienced.
But i think i was trying to make the representitive of the first trade(ellis/hitch). The stormwatch trades are good! i have 4 of the 5....

You think jenny would have regeneration? i probably should have upped her damage, but i wasn't sure. As it is, the seven of them could take on the big seven of DC's to a fair standstill i think, as was my objective....

I agree. Midnighter should be Batman+ not Batman light.

Also, I'd make Angie a duo fig. She makes copies of herself all the time.
