That was pretty cool, but the lack of info at times was frustrating.

I was so sure that Jack was the Mayor and that Magnito had turned, but I was too timid to do anything becuase I would lose my invulnerability at night if I lynched an innocent.

:ermm:

I was the one who sent you the PM about Angel being neutral. I was fairly certain you were good but not 100% so I only sent you that one bit of info and not that it was from me. I would know when Angel's alignment changed and I could send 1 PM each day phase. I told The Vision everything about me. But he never caught on that Angel had become Angelus.

:ermm:

And I was too timid to share info with people not in our mason group because I was afraid I'd be night-killed for it. Also, I figured you would be our spokeswoman since you couldn't be night-killed.

This loss is rather frustrating for me. Especially since on the last night we knew Magnito was at least neutral, biz was on a mason team with evil people, but now was either evil or neutral, Jack was a "well-respected member of the community", and when I tried to kill DarkCorsair I was drawn to the Master's Crypt, which meant I should've made the connection that he was the Master.

Plus I knew the 3 Scoobies, batfink was Tara, RCricket was Anya, and ElevenBee was good.

So many chances, and all we did was lynch kontrol. :(

A move I wholeheartedly approved of.

Thawmus played a large part in getting that done, you know.

RCrickett was Anya? I'm glad I never needed to use my "ghost of Anya" fake role-claim. Though I guess it was pretty clear by late game that I was pretty evil.

I WAS a little surprised that after Magnito offered to investigate me no one seemed interested in the outcome.

Ah, well. *goes back to eating souls*

Oh, and what the blazes was that anonymous PM business, anyway?

That was me trying a different tactic (being fairly new at this game), plus I had received about 5 different anonymous PMs so I thought I would try it out on other people to see if I was the only one getting PMs also. Plus this was the first time I had to work with other people in a group and being a main source of information for a lot of different people. I didn't do very good but hey I tried. I'll get better with more experience.

So, wait, the big bads knew who each other were?

The 4 Big Bads knew each other. Ben, the Mayor and I could PM Thawmus, but not each other. I could PM the vamps, also. So I was the 2 mafia go-between. My vamps were the night-killers, since Thaw didn't have a body. But I couldn't kill because I was trapped in the crypt. Spent the whole game sending my vamps to find elements of the Ritual of Freedom. Wound up rebuilding the Judge and stealing Angel's soul, but was never free. Couldn't even vote the whole game.

The way Rokk really balanced it was by limited communication and constantly including things in his PMs like "If you choose to tell the First Evil..."

We had huge trust issues all through the game, with Thawmus not knowing why my vamps would vote certain ways. He almost outed Angelus when he voted for JackA. It was very tenuous.

So, wait, the big bads knew who each other were?

Only partially.

The First Evil, The Master, the Mayor and Glory knew each other, provided the First Evil cared to let them all in on each other's ID's.

The Vampires served under the Master - and they were the only way the Big Bads could make Hits at the start of the game - but didn't know who the Big Bads were unless they chose to share the information.

Adam became a Big Bad after being "freed" from Walsh's control and recruited.

The Big Bads didn't realize why Glory kept occassionally disappearing from communication and that was because every other day, she wasn't a Big Bad, but, rather, Ben

Angelus, of course, didn't start as part of the Evil team but, rather, as Angel.

We didn't trust you guys AT ALL. The words "posible" "traitor" and "vampire" were used a few times as I recall. The vote for me only deepened our suspicions.

There was almost a full-fledged beheind the scenes war, folks. Demons vs vampires. However, Thawmus being MIA for much of the latter part of the game put a capper on that.

I never even knew that Glory would fall out of contact, or even that it was Glory/Ben. Thawmus never told me. I also only vaguely knew about Ben's sanity stealing power. I had no idea what the abilities of the other Big Bads were. Made it feel pretty realistic, with the Vamps kind of wondering if the demons had their own plans. And when JackA came to search in the Crypt, I got a great PM from Rokk telling me that the Mayor stopped by but we didn't get along.

The following are the write-ups as received by the Players (note that secret information for them - such as Jenny Calendar being the one who could best restore Angel's soul or instantly traveling to the Location of it on the Night he lost it (though she wouldn't know why) - aren't in the write-ups; basically everyone had a "secret condition, trigger, power, etc." that would allow even the most "vanilla" person one chance to shine in the game...kind-of like on television, everyone gets that one episode).

The Scoobies

Buffy Summers (Good: Scooby Gang) – The Chosen One It seems like a lifetime ago that you were a normal teenager, worried mainly about boys and cheerleading activities. Four years later, you’re an experienced Slayer, just defeated the Mayor, lost your boyfriend Angel (first to death and now to Los Angeles) and – most frightening of all – have graduated high school and are about to enter college. While part of you still remains the Valley Girl at heart – though you often use that to mask your actual skill, leaving foes to underestimate you – you’ve long since realized you’re destined to follow the path of the Slayer to the bitter end and will fight unyieldingly to protect others from the depredations of the denizens of the Hellmouth. The incident with Dawn has you shaken; part of you is devastated at the loss of your little sister but another part of you keeps saying “She wasn’t there before.” It doesn’t matter if that part is right or not – you will find a way to rescue your little sister and correct the timeline. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*The Chosen One: It took you a long time to believe Giles – or maybe it was just learning to believe in yourself - but you really have come to appreciate the non-physical aspects of being the Chosen One, such as prophetic senses and a connection to the line of the Chosen. Whenever you patrol a location during the Night Phase you will become aware of one of the following (determined randomly): the presence of a non-Good aligned character that was also present, if you are strong/standard/weak at the location or the name of any individual that targeted you during the Night Phase.

*Superhuman Physique: You’re tough in a fight and it’s going to be hard for even some of the nastier Big Bads to remove you if conditions are right. Night Kills on you are likely to copy your last French test (i.e. fail big time) and in the case of a vampire attacking you, may even be reversed. This increases if you successfully participated in a lynch against an Evil character during the Day Phase but will be neutralized for a Night Phase if you lynched a non-Evil individual.

*The Slayer: Hey, you’re all about using the sharp thingies to take out the bad guy. Despite all your talk of doing it alone though you’re very much at your best with a support group, but you don’t know what’s happened to them all. During the course of the game, though, your ability to Night Kill a target may become unlocked when conditions are met.

Willow Rosenburg (Good: Scooby Gang) – The Computer Nerd Some people might be hurt by being called a “computer nerd” but, you know, it’s not all bad. Many times you’ve been the most valuable part of the Scoobies – except, well, not the slaying part – and the things you’ve learned have perked your interest in a great range of topics (maybe someday you can even be like Miss Calendar and mix magic and computers but, whoa brother, that’s a ways off, you’re sure). Sure, it’s great being the computer nerd and any day now Xander will come around and notice you…right? Ah well, bigger worries in the meantime like, y’know, Dawny shattering time and all sorts of Big Bads on the loose. Time to save the world, let Buffy realize how great you and have Xander swooning at your feet. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities
*You’re Like Oracle (Even Got Red Hair!): Okay, so, yeah, that’s like a cool thingy about being a computer nerd – you get to be all “Babs in the Clocktower”, right? Using your computer skills you may gather information on a target; you may PM me a target each Night Phase and find out a random piece of intelligence on the individual (the better your computer location, the better the information). During the following Day Phase you will be alerted if that individual’s vote is “coerced” in any way (e.g. – forced vote by another character, proxy-vote, etc.)

*No, You Were Serious About the Oracle Thing: Once the Scooby Gang begins to gather – after certain conditions are met – you will be the central coordinator of their messaging (details will be forthcoming at that time).

Xander Harris (Good: Scooby Gang / Watchers) – Overseer Everyone thinks of you as the joke, the token “human”. Maybe they’re right but you’ve learned a lot over the last eight years of facing off against the forces of evil and one of those is that the right person in the right place makes all that difference (true, that person is usually Buffy but, hey, yellow crayon!). Another thing you’ve learned – or rather taught – is that no one screws with your family and Dawn is just like a little sister to you (okay, a colossal-sized little sister that sometimes has a crush on you…pity Buffy won’t let you send a few Slayers to take care of the guy that messed with Dawny…well, the guy who messed with her prior to this current catastrophe). You’re the head overseer of Slayer Central and that means it’s time to make like Sgt. Fury and let loose the Howling Commando Dogs of War. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*The One Who Sees Everything: Even with just one eye, you still catch a lot more than folks realize (sadly, Caleb did but what’s done is done). During the Night Phase you may PM me the name of one target that you wish to have Central Command spy upon for you. You will learn who that person’s target(s) were for the Night.

*I’m Not Her Watcher!: Maybe not – and quite possibly not for the Buffy that’s been zipped out of the time-line ol’ Boom-Tube style by Dawn’s Key powers – but in –your- time, not only does Buffy think of you as her Watcher but all the other Slayerettes think of you as the Head Watcher (not counting Giles and don’t –ever- tell him people say that or you’ll learn the hard way who’s more experienced). Either way, as the person who watches after Buffy you will learn if anyone has targeted her during the Night, whether you’re in PM-contact with her or not.

Rupert Giles (Good: Scooby Gang / Watchers) – The Watcher Ah, it seems like not so long ago you were eagerly anticipating the arrival of your new Slayer. Despite your initial rebellion against the duties of Watcher, you had since prepared yourself but, shall we be perfectly honest? Nothing can ever prepare someone for Buffy Summers. Nonetheless, you have been delighted at her accomplishments of the last few years – it’s hard to believe she’s due to graduate high school this year – and you care for her as you would a daughter. That almost means you care for her family and while you’re not sure why Dawn appeared so much older, you do know that it hurts you deeply to see her treated in such a manner. Unfortunately for those that did it – as many other foes have learned the hard way – underneath your proper exterior still beats the heart of ol’ Ripper. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their Minions.

Powers and Abilities
*The Great Watcher: You are an extraordinary font of information and if you don’t already know it, you’ll find it. Your coordination skills and strategies are exemplary. Anyone that ends up on a Mason Team with you will gain extra benefits (based upon the character).

*And the Ripper: While you may seem like a prissy tweed-armoured Englishman to most folks, that is a façade you’ve crafted to keep your own darker nature in check. You are still in many ways Ripper and while Buffy may be a hero, you are only human and don’t mind taking care of some of the nastier jobs so that she will never have to face them. While you may not do so overtly, this still comes through in the form of intimidation allowing you to PM me one target during the Night Phase that you wish to roleblock.

Tara Maclay (Good: Scooby Gang) – The Gentle Soul Wow. Growing up with your family and being told that you were a demoness that would never have any friends you were certain you were destined to a dark and miserable life. Then in the last year and a half all of that changed, all because of one remarkable woman and her friends. Meeting Willow and falling in love with her has brought the greatest joy into your life and now you have everything for which you’ve ever wished. You saw what happened to Dawny and it broke your heart. You are determined to do everything you can to fix it for you would give your very life for this family you’ve made. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*The Selfless One: You know that while you are a part of the Scooby Gang and the extended family, the true core does not include you but that doesn’t matter as everyone has their own part to play. You would do anything for any of your friends and loved ones. Should any of them switch alignment for any reason during the course of the game, you will be PM’ed. You may choose during the Day Phase following the change to martyr yourself to return that character to his/her original alignment and affiliation.

*Willow’s True Love: Earlier when everything was shattering you think you saw Willow and you wanted to reach out for her, but something stopped you. It was the realization that this was Willow from before you knew her (you think she even still liked guys back then). You’ll watch over her but do so secretly as her future shouldn’t be known to her. Each Day Phase you may PM me a message that I will send to a player of Willow. You may not overtly reveal anything about yourself in it – such as powers, ID, etc. – but anything else is relatively fair game. If you have used this power at all during the Day Phase, should Willow – no matter her current state – be lynched that day, you will be lynched in her place, sparing her.

Daniel “Oz” Osbourne (Good: Scooby Gang) – Easygoing Werewolf Huh. So Buffy’s little sister Dawn got big – really big, actually – and turned out to be something called The Key and she basically went kablooey and now time is all screwed up. That’s a standard day in Sunnydale; well, actually more like a standard night, because that’s when things really happen in the town. Chances are everyone’s going to be all panicked – how is it they always forget this only like, what, the third or fourth Armageddon they’ve faced – and spazzing out and you’re pretty sure the Bronze may not draw a crowd tonight. Best look after the group then. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their Minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*Brains, Guitars and Hummus: Music soothes the savage beast but it doesn’t always do so hot against vampires and demons. You got other ways though and someone has to keep the group safe. You are a Protector; during the Day Phase you may PM me a player and the name of a character. Should you guess properly you can keep that individual from being targeted at all during the Night Phase. If you guessed incorrectly, that individual will still be safe from a Night Kill.

*Not so Nice a Couple Nights of the Month: Even the nicest guy has a drawback and in your case it’s a bit iffy – you’re a werewolf. Each Night Phase you have a random chance – odds increase or decrease based upon certain Day Phase triggers (using your other power successfully, participating in a lynch against a Good individual, etc.) – of being a werewolf. Should you be targeted by a person while you’re a werewolf, they will be viciously attacked, possibly even being Killed.

The Big Bads and Their Minions:

The First Evil (Evil: Big Bads) – The Biggest of the Bad You’ve been vying against Good since before Mankind was born, yet time and again Slayers have frustrated you and this one in particular has been a thorn in your side. You believe it’s her roots to family and friends and for that reason you found a way to shatter the essence of The Key. The distortion of time has enabled you to bring together other Evils that served you in facing the Slayer and now it is time to bring fruit to your plan to crush her and devour her soul. Goal: Destroy the forces of Good and any non-Good individuals that will not share in your goal.

Powers and Abilities:
*The Essence of Evil: You are the head of the Big Bads. The Big Bads are: Iron Ham, DarkCorsair, and JackAssterson though you believe there are at least two other individuals out there that can recruited to your cause. Unlike traditional Mafias, the Big Bads are unlikely to directly perform a hit themselves – check with your team on further meaning for this – at least in the initial stages of the game. Due to being the purest of Evil, you will show as Evil to anyone that tries to investigate you. Your protection comes in the form of the other Big Bads; as it currently stands, you may not be lynched or killed as long as another Big Bad is still in the game.

*Incorporeal Form: You are unable to perform direct physical action yourself as you are not fully manifested upon the mortal plane. This essentially means that you are incapable of performing certain physical actions during the course of the game, such as performing a Night Kill (if the ability becomes unlocked to the Big Bads). You may not post in the Day Phase but, on the bright side, you can’t be lynched anyway (yet) though be warned that this will become apparent to other players.

*Manifest the Dead: Each Night you may PM me the name of a character that has died during the course of the game. During the next Day Phase, that character – played by its’ original player – will be returned to the game but may post only what you ask the player to post (they are your mouth-piece during the Day Phase). You need not relinquish that form come the Night Phase unless you wish to switch targets, at which point the individual will return to Death again. Any Death Manifestation character has an Evil alignment and no powers.

The Master (Evil: Big Bads / Vampires) – Bishop of the Hellmouth So long ago was it that you were known as Heinrich Joseph Nest and while you stood above many humans even that identity was nothing to what you were to become after your transformation into a vampire lord. Let others talk of that pompous Dracula and other ridiculous excuses for vampires; you know that the really scary ones are those whom the humans never hear of until it is too late. Loyally you serve the True Demons and though trapped in your cavern you preach the power of the Hellmouth to your followers and seek to unleash it upon the Earth. Goal: Destroy the forces of Good and any non-Good individuals that will not share in your goal.

Powers and Abilities:
*Servant of the First Evil: You are a member of the Big Bads (the Mafia) headed by the First Evil. The First Evil will contact you with more information; it is up to you how much you tell the First Evil in return. Your primary duty in the Big Bads is the supplier of vampires to perform hits – the Mafia hits will require the usage of one of your vampire servants (see below), at least at the beginning of the game that is the case. You will always show as Evil (even a misdirection will not prevent this as you exude great Evil).

*Sire of the Family: You are the head of the Vampires, also consisting of NAES72 and CharlesX. The three of you may PM each other freely (though your vampire servants may not participate in PM’s with the Big Bads). Each Night Phase when the Big Bads go to perform a Night Kill, you will lend out (assign) one of the Vampire servants as the designated killer; that individual will not be able to use its’ other powers until the next Night Phase and its’ Location will be determined based upon the target’s Location. Should you be lynched, there is a 50% chance that an NPC vampire servant will die in your place; this chance will decrease or increase based upon certain game statuses.

*The Master’s Crypt: Years ago a failed ritual left you trapped in a cavern that is full of the power of the Hellmouth. The good news is that you are always at your Location of Power and reap benefits from it. The bad news is that you can not travel to other Locations – say, to search for certain objects of ritual – until you are released (you do not know the specifics involved with the Ritual of Release). You may not place a vote during the Day Phase.

Spike (Evil: Vampires) – William the Bloody Now this…this is just peculiar. You and Dru were out having a grand ol’ time – having just heard of the Master’s defeat by some strumpet named Muffy or such – and next thing you know there’s this giant little girl begging you – you, scourge of the meat-puppets - for help. Poof! Now you and Dru are in Sunnydale – where you planning on going but only to run the burg, not to serve in it – and your old Master is droning on with his “prophecies” and “chants”, talking about how the coming together of you three is sure to doom the Slayer. Seriously, you’re starting to wonder if your last victim hadn’t been chatting up Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds a bit. Eh, might as well go along for the trip until it wears off. Goal: Defeat the forces of Good and any non-Good characters that won’t share in your goals.

Powers and Abilities:
*Vampire: You are a member of the Vampire Mason Group. You will be contacted by the Master and given more details on what that means. As a vampire, travel options are limited for you and any Location that imposes a travel time penalty will have it increased by one.

*Slayer of Slayers: One of the most vicious fighters out there, you’ve even managed to kill a few Slayers in your time. You are a canny and dangerous foe – your glibness causing people to underestimate you – and attempts to target you during the Night Phase have a chance of outright failing (depending on who is targeting you and the power being used). You will leave battle-wounds on up to one individual that targeted you during the Night Phase though during the Day Phase you may not vote for that individual as you wish to keep the kill for your own enjoyment.

Drusilla (Evil: Vampires) – Prophetess of the Hellmouth Such pretty lights there were last night. That little giant girl’s voice just sang out to you and made you feel covered in strawberry jam and warm custard. She dared you to play a game and you think you’ll enjoy the game provided it involves poking out eyes and tearing out teddy bear stuffing. You’ll be a bee in the bonnet of all those silly Good women. Buzz. Buzz. Buzz. Goal: Defeat the forces of Good and any non-Good characters that won’t share in your goal.

*Vampiress: You are a member of the Vampire Mason Group. You will be contacted by the Master and given more details on what that means. As a vampire, travel options are limited for you and any Location that imposes a travel time penalty will have it increased by one.

*A Bit Off: Drusilla isn’t quite right in the head. Any Day Phase posts must be either fairly nonsensical – such as your character write-up – or in rhyme. Depending on certain triggers associated with your posts (you may want to experiment a bit) you may have prophetic visions – which may or may not be true – shown to you during the Night Phase, giving you information pertaining to other players. During those visions you may not travel to a Location (you will remain at the prior Night Phase’s Location), can not be assigned any tasks by the Master and may not use Hypnosis.

*Hypnosis: “Look into my eyes…that’s it…you and I…I and you…”, with those words you entice a target with illusions. Each Night Phase you may PM me a target that you wish to have randomly misinformed for the evening.

Mayor Richard Wilkins (Evil: Big Bads) – Pillar of Sunnydale Wow. This is just…neat! Seriously, the look on the Slayer’s face as her little sister shattered was surprisingly pleasant. Oh, maybe not anything to say in polite company but this is just between us, right? Perhaps now the Slayer and her friends will be a bit too distracted to keep you from your Ascension and, if not, you’re sure she’ll her zest will just a bit of spice when you devour her. Okay, you have to pay the piper a bit and work with the First Evil but nothing wrong with making connections especially with the boss. Work ethic is always a good thing. Goal: Defeat the forces of Good and any non-Good characters that won’t share in your goals.

*Big Bad: You are a member of the Big Bads (essentially the Mafia) ran by the First Evil. You will be contacted by the First Evil with more details; what you tell the First Evil in return is entirely up to you.

*Connections: Government budgets – provided you don’t abuse them – sure are nice, aren’t they? Locations do not carry a “travel time” penalty for you; a warning to consider is that away from Sunnydale your Invulnerability power fluctuates and may be nulled.

*Invulnerability: You’re so very close to Ascending to True Demonhood and can not currently be killed while in the land you’ve cultivated for so long atop the Hellmouth – Sunnydale. This pertains to both lynching and Night Kills.

Glorificus (Evil: Big Bad) – The Glorious Goddess OMG. How dare that stupid little mortal with the lousy fashion sense and tramp attitude (how else did she get to that size unless she was fooling around with a Thrice-born, right?) shatter time like that. You had entirely planned to use the Key to rule the planet as a proper goddess is allowed to do and –this- is how she rewards you for the honour of having her name known throughout the millennia? Now you’ve got to deal with the First Evil – who always asks for far too much just because, like, wow, it was first, big whoop – just to make the planet the way you want it. Sigh…and you think you chipped a nail too thanks to the tart. Goal: Destroy the forces of Good and everyone that doesn’t worship you, er, any non-Good individuals that won’t share in your plans.

Powers and Abilities:
*Working with the Big Bads: You are a having to work in conjunction with the First Evil and the other Big Bads to achieve your goal (essentially you are a member of the Mafia). The First Evil will contact you with more details as to what this entails and who is in your group; it is up to you how much you share in return with the First Evil but as each of you plays a key role in making the group run, you might want to cooperate at least a bit. The one thing you may not share, however, is your “vulnerability” of the mortal vessel Ben (i.e. – you may not tell them anything about the Ben “power” or identity).

*Shared Body: Glorificus – Glory if you really want to be personal about things – shares a form with a mortal vessel named Ben. Each Night Phase you may choose if you are going to be Ben or Glorificus for the rest of the Night Phase and the next Day Phase (you begin the game as Glory). Should you use a targeted power from one body, you must switch to the other body come the next Night Phase.

*Glory : Glory is capable of performing a Brain Drain during the Night Phase. You may PM me one target and in return you will learn piece of information gained by the target during the course of the game and limit their ability to post on the board the next Day Phase. While you are Glory it takes 2/3 of a vote – instead of a standard majourity – to lynch you.

*Ben: The Ben identity is actually a fairly normal mortal and despite his curse, tries to be a decent person. Due to this his alignment actually shows as Innocent. Ben’s medical skills also grant him the role of Doctor, capable of preventing a Night Kill on a target chosen by you during the Night Phase. You must choose a target and may not select a member of the Big Bads or one of their minions. While you are Ben you can not send PM’s to any of the Big Bads.

Allies and Enemies and One Gal Who Just Didn't Care:

Anya / Anyanka (Neutral) – The Wish-Granter You feel so divided – literally as there appear to be two different sides of your personality warring with each other. Part of you is the Wish Demon that grants the wishes of scorned women at terrible cost…but there’s this other voice in your head that is a young woman in love with an oafish man named Xander and feels like you would do anything for him. It’s making you a tad cranky and you’ve decided you’re not going to take sides in this battle just yet. Goal: Currently undetermined.

Powers and Abilities:
*Split Alignment: Not only are you used to playing for both Good and Evil but your very nature cloaks you from alignment-checks; it will appear differently based upon the character investigating you.

*Teleportation: Whether as Anya or Anyanka you know the secrets of teleportative travel. No location carries a “travel time” penalty for you.

*The Duo-Personalities: Currently you are in a state of flux; at various times of the game you may be Anya and at others Anyanka. Each carry their own individual powers and abilities that will be revealed to you at the appropriate times.

Angel (Good: Wolfram & Hart) – The Penitant Soul Extremes. They have governed your life and unlife. When you were mortal you lived to extremes until eventually your sins caught up with you and you were damned to life as a vampire. Even then the message hadn’t sunk in and you continued pushing things to an extreme until you pushed the wrong group too far and finally – long after it was due – you were forced to account for your sins as your soul returned to you. You then took things to an opposite extreme, hiding yourself from the world until the grace of one that shone like the sun even to one that had forgotten its’ glow. You plunged yourself fully into Buffy’s world and faced the threats of Evil alongside her…until you became one of them. The tortures you heaped upon her and her friends haunt you and you feel you still owe all of them – even that jerk Xander – more than you admit. Peace was still forbidden as you ended up in Hell and then back upon Earth where you finally went to the extreme of separating yourself from the lives of those you attempted to ruin. Now you seek to live up to your name and be an Angel in the City of Angels, guiding those lost and in need of help even as you try to save your own soul. Dawn’s soul though is far more important to you and the events of the shattering of the Key leave you determined to give anything – even your chance for redemption – to bring back Dawn to her family. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*The Investigator: Years of skulking in shadows – plus a few more as a private-eye – have made you rather good at spying on folks. Each night you may PM me the name of an individual; you will travel to the same Location as the target and learn one of the target’s powers (how detailed you learn it will vary).

*Night-Walker: As a vampire, your ability to travel is limited; any travel penalties on a Location are increased by one for you.

*Angel’s Investigators: You have at least one member of your crew here though you’re not entirely certain of who it is or from what time-frame, leaving you cautious about contacting him/her. Each Night Phase you may PM me a message that I will send to that player; you may not overtly reveal your identity – such as name, power etc. – but anything else is relatively fair game.

Wesley Wyndham Price (Good: Wolfram & Hart) – Fallen Watcher It doesn’t seem like just a few short years ago you were a proper Watcher, tasked with taking up the duty from the apparently wayward Rupert Giles; how foolish you were in your narrow world view. Now everything is so very different – Mr. Giles and Buffy were obviously far more potent a force for Good than people respected, you were nowhere near the Watcher you should have been and the vampire you wanted staked is now one of your closest allies. Your heart has been broken and tempered by the fires of the battle against Hell and now you realize that sometimes the best solutions are the ones you never would have previously considered.

Powers and Abilities:
*Meticulous Demon Hunter: Each Night Phase you may PM me the name of a target player as well as any information you feel you have on that player’s character (name, alignment, powers, etc.) That target is one you will attempt to Kill during the Night Phase; your success chance is based upon how much information you have accurately gathered on the target.

Jenny Calendar (Good) – Gypsy Technomancer The curses of your people are long and potent but even more everlasting is their memory and ability to hold a grudge. Many years ago they cursed the vampire Angelus with a soul and ever since then your family has held the responsibility of watching him and ensuring that he was not freed from it. The soul is not there so he can be a hero, it is there so he can suffer. Still you admire the way he has stood by the side of the Slayer and her friends and you can’t help but feel a bit of pity for him. While you try to harden yourself to your task, you would rather keep Angel, well, on the side of the angels, for as long as possible. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their Minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*Angel’s Watcher: Should Angel at any point switch alignments during the course of the game you will be informed of this. Be warned, however, that once his alignment changes, any attempts to check on your alignment by certain characters will yield at best a Neutral result as they lose trust in you.

*A Fabulous Teacher: Each Day Phase you may send me a PM and the name of a target player to whom you wish to have me forward the PM.

Adam (Evil: The Initiative) – Hybrid Progenitor Trapped. There is no other word that better describes the feelings that rage within you – trapped by the Initiative, trapped to the bidding of Professor Walsh, trapped in secrecy, trapped between demon-and-machine…trapped in so many ways. Your souls – for you have calculated that for Hell to exist there must be souls and even you must possess one – cry out to you, each part screaming for freedom. You find the dichotomy of Hell-bound souls asking a biomechanoid for freedom to be…interesting. Soon – very soon – that time will come and both Man and Demon will find out that there is a new future on the horizon. Goal: Bide your time and go with the Initiative for now as you know a bigger Goal will come your way soon enough and you should find it…interesting.

Powers and Abilities:
*Initiative Experiment – Lab 314: You are a secret experiment of Professor Maggie Walsh, head of the Initiative. While you are a part of the Initiative Mason Group, your existence must remain secret to all but Professor Walsh. Professor Walsh’s player will be able to PM messages to you during the Day Phase though you are not allowed to respond; during the Night Phase you may PM Professor Walsh though she is not allowed to respond. You are not currently capable of choosing a Location during the Night Phase, though Professor Walsh may assign one to you (as per her character capabilities). You may not place a Vote during the Day Phase until Professor Walsh’s player has voted (though your vote need not be the same). How much of your abilities or restrictions you reveal to Professor Walsh is up to you as you may wish to keep things…interesting.

*Kinematically Redundant Biomechanical Demonoid: Maybe it’s just easier to call yourself a killing machine. You are untargetable to most Night powers under standard conditions. Should you find yourself freed from your entrapment you may find yourself with other interesting abilities.

Professor Maggie Walsh (Neutral: The Initiative) – The Ice Queen of Science Ever since incontrovertible proof of paranormal-capable subjects came to your attention, you have striven to utilize the resources of academia and the government to create a group capable of capturing, studying and utilizing the proficiencies of such beings. Some short-sighted individuals may call you amoral but assigning dubious terms like that to someone merely trying to better the world of science is a waste of valuable energy; you are here to ensure that humankind may best prosper from the existence of these beings without falling prey to them. You have little time to waste on false-classification ethical concerns or people that wish to hamper advancement. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions for they should prove both interesting test subjects and, admittedly, world destruction does tend to hamper research.

*Head of the Initiative: You are the one in control of the Initiative Mason Group. The other normal member is biz567 (Riley Finn) though you also have a secret weapon – Adam (played by DocDoom187). This group may not communicate as a normal Mason Group. Rather during the Day Phase you are allowed to send PM’s to Adam – though he can not respond – and will receive PM’s from Riley Finn but may not respond back to him; the Night Phase is the reverse of this – Adam will PM you and you will PM Riley Finn. You may –not- reveal the identity of the other Initiative members to one another and may not tell Riley Finn at all about Adam (should he find out about Adam you must deny any connection). Each Night Phase you will assign Locations for both Riley Finn and Adam.

*The Ultimate Bodyguard: Adam is of two primary usages to you – if he is assigned to a Location other than UC-Sunnydale Campus he may patrol it as normal but also (this is unknown to him and should not be revealed to the player) will roleblock a random player at that Location. If you and Adam both stay at UC-Sunnydale Campus during the Night Phase, he will block attempts to target you.

Riley Finn (Good: The Initiative) – Heartland Soldier You love your country with a passion and ever since you were a child you’ve wanted to do whatever you could to protect it…at least you think that’s the case; your memory’s been hazy of late and this strange incident with the girl called The Key has made it harder to focus. Still, you know within your heart that you really do care about innocents and what the Initiative has set out to accomplish by defeating these paranormal subjects that seek to prey upon hapless citizens. The recent transfer to Sunnydale is supposedly of vital importance – though classified even to you – but you trust Professor Walsh when she tells you that this mission could mean the difference for every man, woman and child in the United States. Goal: Defeat the Big Bads and their minions.

Powers and Abilities:
*Loyal Soldier of the Initiative: You are a member of the Initiative Mason Group with Professor Maggie Walsh (played by hot_fusion). The Initiative does not communicate like a normal Mason Group. During the Day Phase you may freely PM Professor Walsh though she is not allowed to respond back; the Night Phase is the opposite – she may send PM’s to you but you may not reply to them. As long as Professor Walsh is in the game, she assigns your Location for the Night Phase.

*Initiative Commando: You are an outstanding tracker with a sharp team of soldiers under your command. During the Day Phase you may PM me the name of a target that you wish followed for the following Night Phase. You will learn the names of anyone targeted by that player. Should you be at the same Location as that player during that Night Phase, you will be informed of it and during the next Day Phase may choose to block that player’s vote but will lose your own for the Phase as well.

The Gentlemen (Evil) - Silent Tales Shhh.... Goal: You need to collect the hearts of five individuals; you do this by successfully participating in the lynch of an individual that occupied the same Location as you during the previous Night Phase.

Powers and Abilities:
*Silence is Golden: Each Night Phase you may PM me the name of another player you wish to target; until the next Night Phase, that player loses any PM capabilities he/she may have and can only post gestures or legit votes during the Day Phase.

*The Hush: Every third night (i.e. - Nights 3, 6, 9, etc.) you will release the Hush upon the populace. All players will lose PM capability until the next Night Phase and all posts are limited to gestures and legit votes.

*Danse Macabre: Breaking of silence is the only thing that really hurts you, meaning you can not be Night Killed by traditional means. You may only post once each Day Phase though and that post is limited to being your vote.

Dark Willow (Evil) – Vengeful Wiccan Once upon a time there was a little weak girl that looked up to the strong perfect Buffy. One day though that girl gained great power of her own which was good because that perfect idol proved to be a disastrous failure and the cost was the sweetest most wonderous woman that ever lived – your true love, Tara. Now though, thanks to the shattering of poor poor “spoiled and in everyone’s way” Dawny (really, Tara would never have been at that house if Dawn didn’t need a babysitter), you have a chance to make everything right again because you can not believe what you saw – Tara Maclay was one of the individuals brought forth by the Key’s shattering. You had thought you were going to have to destroy the world but now Tara’s back and all you care about doing is making sure you two are together forever; barring that, making the planet go boom is still a perfectly acceptable option. Goal: You don’t particularly care which side wins, as long as Tara is alive at the end of the game.

Powers and Abilities:
*Desperately Seeking Tara: Each Night Phase you may PM me the name of a player; if you’ve correctly selected Tara Maclay you will be informed of this. Should Tara be lynched during the Day Phase, one of the individuals voting for her will be slain (this could include your own suicide, so be careful).

*Flight without Broomsticks: You may not be as speedy as someone with teleportation but you still get around alright. Any Location you travel to that has a “travel time” penalty has the penalty reduced by one.

*Buffy Needs a Good Butt-Kicking: You’re keeping your power in moderate check – you want it available for helping Tara or demolishing the world – but you’re still capable of showing Buffy just who really holds the power. Should someone target you during the Night Phase, there’s a chance they will be Night Killed or at least “locked down” for the Day Phase (depending on the character).

*Yellow Crayon: This phrase keeps repeating itself in your mind. You suspect it means something but the meaning evades you.

Vamp Willow (Evil) – Bored Doppleganger Oh God, not this place again. You swear you just left it and, yet, here you are again thanks to that Key shattering. You really hate this world and dearly want out of it. You miss the Master, you miss Xander and you want to play with the Pony. Guess you’re just going to have to find something – or someone – here to keep yourself amused until you find a way back to your world. Goal: No game is fun unless you win by being the last person in control.

Powers and Abilities:
*Yucky Sunlight: You are a vampire and daylight tends to make things tricky for you. Travel time penalties imposed by a Location are increased by one for you.

*Bored Now: Your alignment will show as Good to any Good player targeting you, provided they have not been in contact with Willow. Should Willow be killed during the course of the game or your alignment be revealed as Evil to a Good player, you decide it’s time to stop pretending and will show your normal alignment throughout the rest of the game. This transition will appear in the write-up in some manner.

*Let’s Be Friends: During the Day Phase you will be given a list of potential targets that were at your previous Night Phase Location. You may choose one of those individuals to target for the forthcoming Night Phase. That Night Phase you will travel to the same Location as that individual and make an attempt to convert them into a vampire under your sway (the next Day Phase you will not be given a list of targets and must begin again; essentially it’s an “every other night” recruitment for you). Caution whom you choose though as more than a few individuals can not be vamped in this game.

Faith (Neutral) - Unwanted Slayer Okay, here’s the gig: you are the Chosen One. Least that’s what you were told by some person calling himself a Watcher but he’s gone now and you’re headed towards Sunnydale where there are rumours of another Slayer and her Watcher. Things are kind-of up in the air for you but that’s all well and good as you’re used to handling yourself (hey, mind out of the gutter – you weren’t talking about kinks). You’re not sure what you’re going to find for yourself in Sunnydale but as long as you can stake a bloodsucker, find a good party and live free, hey, everything’s 5x5. Goal: Kind-of up in the air right now, you'll probably choose something as the game progresses.

*Unfettered Slayer: Each Day Phase – that is not a typo – you may PM me the name of a target that you wish to stalk during the following Night Phase. That Night Phase you will follow the target to its’ chosen Location and learn if the target falls under “Slayer allowed targets”. You may then choose to continue with the Slaying attempt or not; if you do, the target will be auto-killed if it votes for you during the next Day Phase. Shouldn’t’ intrude upon your personal space, right?

*Blood of the Chosen: While you are technically currently Neutral, you will show as Good-aligned to certain characters in the game.

Joyce Summers (Innocent) – Protective Mother This is all so very confusing. There was this girl who claimed to be your daughter Dawn but she had to be wrong, the poor lost thing. Your only daughter is Buffy Summers and while you love Buffy dearly, you’re thankful for that as she can be quite the handful. You’ve just moved to Sunnydale to try and start new lives for the both of you. She starts school tomorrow and you really hope she’ll be just like the Buffy of old – cheerleading time-schedules are a lot easier to handle than meetings with principals about the burning of gymnasiums. Goal: Keep Buffy alive until the end of the game.

Powers and Abilities:
*Buffy’s Mother: Her hair’s a bit different and there’s something slightly changed in her personality, but you know your daughter. Buffy Summers is played by KitsuShel; you probably shouldn’t share this information (nor does this mean you have PM-capability with Buffy…you just happen to start the game knowing her identity).

*Head of the Summers’ Household: Each Day Phase you may PM me the name of one individual that has permission to “enter the household” during the next – and each following – Night Phase. Unknown to most players, only certain characters may travel to the Summers’ Residence without restriction or penalty; again, not something you should probably broadcast.

Cordelia Chase (Innocent) – Queen of Sunnydale High People are so self-centered. Today was the first day of the Sunnydale High school year – the day you again establish to people why it is Cordelia Chase’s school and they’re just lucky to be in your presence – and what happens? Some “Oh, I’m so needy because I have no skills of my own so you have to do things for me”-woman interrupts the day and makes everything like really weird. All sorts of creepy guys – you would swear one of them looks like that geek Xander playing pirate and you know you saw that nerd Willow running around with a bad dye-job – are sure to be hitting on you now when you should be allowed to focus on the importance of school (namely, why the captains of the various sports teams should be honoured to be on your speed dial). You’re really going to need a spa after this. Goal: Survive until the forces of Good have achieved their goals.

Powers and Abilities:
*Scream Queen: When in trouble, holler for a big strong man to come protect you. Easy enough, right? The Night write-ups will reveal your Location as you unleashed a scream during the Night Phase. The bright side to this is that it also draws attention to pretty much everyone else that was at the same Location that Night Phase.

*Lead, Not Follow: You are not a sheep, but the alpha of the pack. Okay, so that’s a mixed animal metaphor but one gets the point. Your vote counts twice but you may not vote for an individual if they’re more than halfway towards a majourity already; you set the trends, after all.

(I think that's everyone but if I missed someone, please let me know)

Now I know why there wasn't much discussion on the thread. Practically everyone was in a mason group with one another.

Actually most people didn't start in true Mason Groups - some of the Vampires were with each other (e.g. - notice that Vamp Willow is not listed under the Big Bad minions) but not with the Big Bads - and while the Initiative could send PM's they were in "reverse-phases" from each other.

Many people had limited one-way PM'ing capability but it wasn't until later in the game that Mason Groups started forming (and at that stage it was the Scoobies who were gaining the advantage from it.)

The one I felt sorry for was poor Tara - she didn't realize her messages to Willow could go out to three different individuals (chosen randomly with the highest percentage (50%) going to Willow R. and the remaining 50% split between the other two).

So, Rokk, are you planning on revealing the intricacies of your plot and what the characters didn't know, or will that remain a trade secret? Also, please don't interpret this as a call to hurry up and do it if you're planning on it, its just a question so I know whether to get my hopes up or not. :)

Eventually, yep. :) I need to have my full notes handy but I do know the info so if there's anything you're wondering about, feel free to ask and I'll answer now.

Interestingly for JackA, by the way - his Invulnerability wasn't as protective as he likely though but no one really tried testing it (lucky him).

I should also note, folks had a chance to lynch Thawmus the day I was posting "?" marks - the ? was because you wouldn't know which votes counted and which didn't but note that it was different than the day where Thawmus couldn't receive any votes. His protection had dropped by that point.

I thought I pretty much had for the Muppets game. :)

Basically, the Muppet Game isn't the big secret you think - it was a lot of misdirection hitting people like the Goblin Prince and Bunsen/Beaker (and the scientist's rather random inventions).

How did JackA turn into Hoggle?

When I kept being misdirected to RCricket, what did you mean by "enhance his experiments?"

How did you determine that I would be saved by the Phantom if I was lynched?

Why did I switch bodies with Sgt. Pepper?

Sent Spike to the same Location; they would have met partway through and allowed a "marathon pass", Spike would have returned instead of going all the way to the Location, thus shortening the time. It just meant sacrificing a Kill attempt for the Night.

Speaking of the Judge, for those that are wondering, the Judge was an NPC of sorts but he was "controlled" by (appropriately enough) Kontrol and goodman as a reward for being good sports when it came time to be Thawmus' "mouth pieces". They (well, whoever was chosen for the Phase) were given a list of targets at the Judge's Location and picked the target from that list. That's why the Judge only managed to pull a full burn once.

Pretty much all of that - but the Phantom bit (which was just an event scheduled for that day; if it had been someone else, they would have been the "victim" of the Phantom) - came down to you being misdirected to RCricket's "spin the bottle" experiment. The Goblin Prince's power, remember, dealt with chaos and enhanced things - so the more "random" the nature of something that you targeted (or in that case were mistargeted to), the more it was increased. Spin the Bottle was going to switch a role on someone...instead it switched multiple roles (or in the case of you and Floyd, switched your "guises"; TAK also got a new role that evening.)

I would say "worst luck of the game" though ran to poor scehaono (though his transforming of biz - who was then recruited by you guys, allowing you to then recruit scehaono - allowed him to be on the winning team). He was almost always a day behind everyone else on Locations - he would pick a spot that just the Night prior had been a hot spot but by the time he picked it, no one went there (or half the time, he kept getting Thawmus and Kontrol as his list.)

Ah, so you sent RCricket a different experiment each day? He didn't really have to target anyone then.

How about when everybody started posting Meeps?

Do you have a list for the events of each day?

RCricket got a list of experiments - and he didn't know what they did, just their name (when he had to choose which one to pack for the Phase) - each Night Phase. Items on the list could repeat though so he could learn via trial and errour.

The Night of a Thousand Meeps was also when you were misdirected to RCricket (as were a few other people): he had picked Beaker's Nose as the device for the evening. Anyone affected by it could only speak in "Meeps!".

That was one thing that folks only partially discovered: almost everyone in the game had a way of being brought into a "mini" or "partial" Mason Group (e.g. - they could send one PM to each other each phase, using me as the go-between). Jenny, for example, could have been "teamed" with Giles if he had targeted her.

A big theme of the game was "sharing of information" and many powers were reliant upon it. Buffy had a Slaying power that once unlocked used rules similar to Wes' Vig-Hit (though she had a higher chance of success, especially when teamed with Giles and/or having the Scythe of the Slayer). Basically, it was to represent that the Scoobies would "research" the info needed to take out an opponent and Buffy would go Slay the monster (like in the show).

Then why did I and I think batfink weren't affected by it? And why did Mekhor have to speak in opposites that day?

It wasn't people who targeted Cricket - sorry, realized I switched boats partway through the sentence and mixed them - but, rather, people that targeted the main target of RCricket (I think there were only a couple - some of the people who were Meep'ing weren't affected but using that as cover, I'm guessing.)

Melkhor's role for the day - each day Gonzo had a new costume (with a new power) - was The Weirdo Who Cried Wolf; he couldn't be truthful that day (but did get something out of it.)

That was Willow (teenage version) - she wasn't playing on purpose, she was just selected by the fox-creature for "Tag". Shadow was actually given information that he was transforming but I guess decided not to let the Scoobies in on it.

Willow did become the next Oni - taking the place of the one that couldn't play Tag anymore - but (as seen in the final write-up), Tara sacrificed herself to switch Willow back to Good.

I told people to try and think outside of the box with their powers. Trackers, for example, could have requested to track the Fox Creature. Also if Willow had told her team about it, they could have taken some steps to undo the transformation and dicourage the Fox Creature so it went away.

There were a few people in the game that had info on the Fox Creature (in fairness I won't reveal them as I don't want folks going, "Why didn't you say anything?!?").

I'm guessing bad luck as I've no clue why Biz didn't contact you. Adam (Doom187) was silenced pretty much every Night by the Gentlemen (Adam thought he was immune to all Night Powers; the truth was that he was immune to attack from most individuals - no matter whether it was Day Power, Night Power, etc. - but there were some that were just mightier than him...such as the Gentlemen.)

Actually Biz didn't get "picked off" until much later in the game, long after you were gone.

Final Night: Eclipse? Oh!

It started as a fairly tense but "normal" Night. The Slayer had decided to face her fears and go into the Master's Crypt. Walking down the caverns she felt the fear of death swell inside of her, threatening to burst out. She'd faced so much since dying at the Master's hand and she thought she was past it but this was overwhelming. When the vampire came out of the shadows to attack her, she barely had time to defend. He was skilled - obviously had military training of some sort - and she was not at her best. Oddly, that was the only thing that saved...the vampire. She may have been feeling like the pressure of the Earth was bearing down upon her but there were few vampires that could face her and survive and normally this would not have been one of them. Even as she crippled him though, she heard others on their way and realized it was best to get out of there.

As she made it to the surface of the area, the ground began to sway and crack. Coming from SoCal she knew a quake but she also knew this type of quake - it was the one like the last time the Master was being freed. She regained her balance and ran to warn Xander.

*******************************************************

Elsewhere, a tall dark man prowled through the ruins of the Magic Box. He felt the quake and smiled, "Ah, good times are soon to be here again." Spotting his target, he walked over to her to strike up conversation. She foolishly thought him someone else and scorned "The Puppy" but learned the hard way that this was no Puppy but a full-grown attack dog. Whipped into shape - something she probably rather liked - the sultry woman followed the man back to see The Master.

******************************************************

Everyone had ignored her and the changes that were going about her. Even when she was cut off from almost everyone, no one came to her aid and the transformation had become complete. The slender teenage girl had become a hulking Oni and a childlike laughter rang out across the city as something had found someone new with whom to play "Tag".

The thing was, while everyone else had abandoned her, one had not and that woman was willing to do anything to save the future love of her life. She braced herself - she had more courage than anyone had ever believed - and tracked down the source of the laughter. Finding the small fox-like being, she made a trade: let the girl be free of the transformation and, in return, the woman would be willing to be claimed and brought to another land to play "Tag" for eternity. The being agreed and the Oni again became a teenager. She would never know the price that had been paid for her.

*****************************************************

These were all dire events, heralding an end but the one that would truely portrend doom was the one that was never seen until it was too late. Why should it be? He was a well-kempt and graciously polite man who had many years - over a hundred - of making sure his appearance was deceiving. He had traveled to gather what he needed - even going so far as to go to Scotland - and today was his day.

As the sun of the morning reached its' apex, people noticed it wasn't getting brighter but, rather, darker. An eclipse was coming across the face of the sun and a dread foreboding ran throughout the population of Sunnydale.

It got a whole lot worse when the three-hundred foot snake-like True Demon decided it was hungry for a few souls.

*****************************************************

Buffy and Xander stood near the outskirts of Sunnydale. Chaos had erupted - the eclipse had allowed the Master's Vampires free reign upon the populace and the Demon Wilkins was holding court.

Faith appeared next to them but they were no longer fooled. The one who had seen all of this before now knew who she was and called out the First Evil upon its' guise. Taking on the form of people that Buffy thought alive - her mother, the girl seen with Xander and others - it taunted them that the Hellmouth was now under the control of its' servants.

"We need to get to Scotland and regroup Buffy." Xander solemnly told her. "We can't take this on without a better plan and resources."

"But what about Giles and Willow and my Mom and that girl who called herself my sister and...everyone else? We can't just leave them to die."

"They won't...not immediately. The Bads are going to need to...conserve resources. Our friends are smart...they can stay out of the way long enough for us to get back with help."

"Resources? As in rounding people up like cattle or object? Oh my God, listen to yourself? Don't tell me. Your soul was in your eye. No, run if you want but I can't abandon people to this."

Sighing, as Buffy turned around Xander said softly, "Yeah, kind-of knew you would say that." The stungun had been prepared especially for her and he hoped in the blackness of unconsciousness she would at least briefly find some peace. Calling up Central Command he requested evacuation aid, "Oh, and make sure to prep a medical bay." "Why? Was the Slayer hurt, sir?" "No. It's for me when she wakes up."

*****************************************************

The Big Bads and their sub-group the Vampires have won...though Sunnydale can still be rescued...another time.

batfink - Tara - sacrificed herself for Willow (so special commendation to him.

The Winners: Thawmus (The First Evil), JackAssterson (The Mayor), Magnito (Angelus), DarkCorsair (The Master) and his vampires - scehaono (Vamp Willow) and biz567 (Vamp Riley).

The Refugees: KitsuShel (Buffy), Antipathy (Xander Harris), Shadow40 (Willow Rosenburg), RCricket55 (Anya), ABF (Oz), and ElevenBee (Joyce Summers)

(Yes, the numbers are tied but that means Good can not get a lynch today - and it was always possible that Evil would do so - and the Mafia was going to be able to perform two Night kills; the bigger deciding factor was that JackA had achieved Ascension - his secret win condition - which means he won already but, in fairness to the fact that the Big Bads now had the game "under wraps", they were all counted in with their team member.)

You would've been a souped-up version of a vamp - travel, kill, etc. plus you still had your henchmen bodyguards and were good with Rituals.

Drusilla's choice was whether to use her Power or to gain the Knowledge at the Magic Box, so, yeah, she made the better one (especially since I seem to think that Charles had said something about wanting to use his power on Shel which would've gotten him Dusted).

They were just flavour text. I didn't want to have the Muppets killing each other and being the Muppet Show was known for guest-stars, I thought using guests as the "lynch mechanism" would be fun.
