Recipe for a very bloody night:
1) Roleblocker(s) block the bulletproof(s) so the Mafia can target them.
2) The Serial Killer(s) and Vigilante(s) then kill the Roleblocker(s).
3) Everyone else visits the PGO.

This ensures that the next night is bloody, too, as the only people left have night kill abilities.

Just sayin'.

I cannot concur with my learned and esteemed colleague PaxZRake on this note. Simonson did a fine job on Fourth World, as he was a worthy successor to Kirby when he took over Thor in the 80's. Simonson "gets" gods and mythology in the same vein that The King did. By the same token, John Byrne did splendidly with the Fantastic Four in the same time period. His artwork of that period is a homage to Kirby, as are the stories.

Though I think that JRJR does good work, but his forte has been his opus on Amazing Spider-Man and Daredevil. He also did a fine job on the Hulk. I like most anything that JRJR does, but he stands on the shoulders of giants, Simonson and Byrne among them. (Not to mention that JRJR is about one of the nicest artists that I have met in person - and I had a blast meeting both Father and Son Romitas at WWE!!)

Yeah, it did: I wasn't actually lynched, it was a stupid townie excercising his day power, and I came back as mafia (after having exposed the mafia).

IIRC, the mod even forgot to tell the mafia that I came back as one of them.

Considering this was a "bring your own character" game, yeah that sucked to have your character changed.

Lack of participation has simply killed any interest I have in running more anonymous mafias and partially-ruined what thought was a great theme.

I'm not saying it's the only reason I didn't sign up for Clouds, but there should be a basic consideration between players and mods. You sign up, mid expects you to play. But it goes the other way, too; player signs up, the expect the mid to run the game.

In both instances, there's an inherent aversion to future games.
