This sucks. I wrote all 28 roles for 2099 and today my computer tells me that my Microsoft Word was only trial version and won't let me access everything i just wrote. I guess I have to go re-write them because I sure as hell ain't paying 150 bucks for the real version.

Yeah, HCrealms usually has server downtimes for 3-4 minutes. It's been like this for months now, and from the outside looking in it seems like nothing's been done to correct it. :ermm:

Speaking from experience, I can tell you that intermittent issues are a nightmare to try to track down.

I'm oddly happier at seeing Psycho-Pirate than I was at Time Trapper. I mean I wanted Time Trapper pretty much the most of almost any possible figure in the game but I thought he was a long-shot so I had never gotten my hopes going there. (It was extra bonus-cool that his dial was actually fairly similar - scaled down for cost, of course - to what I'd done for the Colossal version. :) )

Psycho-Pirate's the case of "each set I think he's going to make the cut and then I'm crushed when he's not in it" (especially Origins) so, yeah, jubilant here. :) Truthfully, I was starting to worry my write-in campaign had actually had an -adverse- effect and annoyed WK enough they weren't going to make him. :laugh:

And he has an awesome special power! No damage taken on close combat attack unless your opponent rolled doubles. That will make psycho really annoying.

He's a vet, not unique. But he is a super rare so could be a bit costly, $$ wise, to get two of him.

I don't hate your game, I had no idea Shadow40 was like a part-time PGO and poor Dumas died! I thought Casey would roleblock him but I didn't know that he couldn't do that (Shadow40 couldn't be roleblocked). And then I didn't know that Michiganj24 as Splinter couldn't do kills or I wouldn't have sent him out there to try to kill JoH.
