Endurance + Power Cosmic/Quintessence?!?!?!?

I don't understand the Endurance card, what if you put it on a Power Cosmic or Quintessence character? Or can they not use the card at all since they don't receive damage for pushing?
Please clarify!!!

They can use it but it only really helps them if they've been Disbanded or they're assigned feats that specifically deal pushing damage that ignores WP and TAs that duplicate WP (which PC/Q both do). Otherwise there's no real value in using it on them as far as I can tell.

If you make which rolls? Are you talking about putting Nova Blast on him? That's the only thing that would make Endurance effective.
