I fail to see how this is ridiculous. I thought all Hal Jordan GL dials had to be ridiculously powerful. Bad form.

A side note: Willpower the Power is only one way to represent Willpower the green lantern ability in clicks. Two things I'd like to see in upcoming GL's is ridiculously stable dials (never varying more than 2 points on defense or attack values) and possibly a special granting the Masters of Evil TA.

Maybe making them not so great out the top, but almost as good at the bottom as they were at the top. I think it's easy to get hung up on the name of the power and not the effect.

Some mid dial Force Blast.
I always thought that the Copcicle power is perfect for the Lanterns. Heck that is thier whole MO to the T.

Hard Light: This Character can use Incapacitate but only as a ranged attack, and gives up to two tokens instead. If the ranged attack suceedes, you may place four blocking tokens adjacent to the target.

I think this fits pretty well, and the ranged only is because the constructs they use are all at ranged (i.e. away from thier bodies)

Not bad, but I'd love to see a lantern with something more creative than "Willpower + (damage reducer)".

I don't understand the swing toward giving Hal perplex. He is not that crafty. I might give him a click of Outwit on a V-level version. Great dial besides that.
