Doctor Who Mafia Sign Up Thread!

Now I know what you're thinking. There's already too many mafia games going on, you're in too many right now, and you're signed up for too many in the future. Well, those reasons aren't good enough and I'll tell you why!

1. Doctor Who is an amazing show and everyone should watch it. I'm referring to the new series, as I haven't watched much of the classics, but it's still great television and the fourth season is coming out this spring. A mafia game based off of this show promises to be equally good.

2. I am a college student with too much time on my hands. I have already created the roles and I am on HCrealms all of the time. I assure you the writeups will be well crafted and the game will be organized, even though this is my first game.

3. I signed up for your game, you should sign up for mine ;)

4. Time of opening is extremely flexible, I will start the game when everyone is ready and not before.

5. I will rep you!

I only know the recent revival but love it so much along with Torchwood which is what X-files used to be. Hope good ole Captain Jack is in this(I also wonder how many doctors will be in this game. I can just see it now. Half the players will all claim to be the Doctor but no one will say which one

I think Rokk's "British" spelling habits are just a sham anyhow. He spells it colour, but he doesn't live in "colourado." Until then, I'm calling shenanigans on his whole British spelling thing. ;)

Well I'm British, possibly looking to get my Mafia feet wet, and a big Dr. Who fan...

Sadly however, although I've seen seasons 1+2 of the new series, I'm a classics man through and through and consider the new stuff to be a bit of a blemish on the franchise really, no more canon than the 60's movies with Peter Cushing.

Each phase lasts about 24 hours, but you only need to actively participate during the night phase, and that is just to send in an e-mail.

If you haven't played in a game before, give them a try! It's my first time running a game, so I'm nervous about that as well, and I'll give you a break. Plus, I really need more players.

My natural inclination is to head towards C but in all honesty, being this is your first game, you might want to consider a smaller one. It's a better way to "get used to the rumbles of the time vortex" so to speak.

Not particularly. I randomize it for him for the first night, and then hopefully he'll be back by then.
