Question:

Does Kid Flash HSS work with the Warbound Feat?

~~~~Warbound~~~
..
..
When a target friendly character assigned this feat is given an action, instead of giving it an action token, you can give the action token to an adjacent friendly character that has the chosen keyword, has zero action tokens, and a point value of at least half of the target's value.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I start Kid Flash adjacent to a friendly character with no tokens so I would do the following?

a) Immediately put an action token to the adjacent figure then do the HSS attack?

This is how I read it.

or would the action token be after the action is resolved so you have to be adjacent to the friendly character to pass the token?

Your thoughts?

The token is applied at the end of the action. That is when you must be adjacent.

Yep. As long as you end your movement adjacent to the friendly (based on the requirements), you can pass the token.

This is what I am thinking. I got confused because there was this other feat card that requires you to have leadership and mastermind with the same team ability. I cannot recall this morning what that was. I know there was a change to that feat that you cannot do the HSS return to the figure and get the no pushing click. It is not really used by myself and in my venue that I cannot remember what that was or details of any rules regarding it.

If you guys remember let me know.

It sounds like you're thinking of Inspiring Command
Inspiring Command 15 points
Sets:Collateral Damage
Prerequisite: Leadership or Mastermind
Choose a character. Characters with the same team symbol as the character and a lower point value than the character are not dealt pushing damage when a second token is placed upon them if they are adjacent to the character at the beginning or the end of an action.
Errata:
• Inspiring Command may only be used to prevent the push damage that occurs from placing a second token on a character. It may not be used to prevent the push damage that is given as a result of using powers, abilities, or feats.

Thanks for reminding me the Inspiring Command card.

Now that we have keywords, I can use Inspiring Command Combo with Warbound Feat not to use simultaneosly but use in accordance to their rule and when the opportunity ask for it.

I just have to figure out who is the best to tact on Inspiring Command and Warbound in our new set. I know SR Storm (Mutants and Monsters) is one (very good to combo with Mutants and Monsters 50 point Cyclops).

Just wanted to point out that if it is Inspiring Command then the HSS return is legal - IC specifies that the figure needs to be adjacent at the beginning or the end of the action, not both. As far as I know there has been no change to the feat since its release.
