So as you might have noticed, the Midnight Sons are kinda out of members right now.

Bring on the subs!

I'm looking at Dr. Fate (Dr. Strange) and either Jonah Hex or Crimson Avenger (Frank Drake).

Any suggestions/offers of good subs for Morbius or Hannibal King would be greatly appreciated as well. Everybody just tells me to use Baron Blood and doesn't understand why I can't.

I am considering using certain marvel figures for the Darkhold Redeemers, but will entertain trades for General Rock (Sam Buchanan), Easy Company Soldier (Louise Hastings), Easy Company Medic (Victoria Montesi) and possibly even Vampire Batman (Morbius).

What about trading for the U Vampire Batman from CJ?

I was under the impression that he would be considered a villain, since he was (or so I heard) in that storyline. Didn't he try to kill Gordon?

And he's really not much of a vampire. It's more like a batman figure that can fly and has some bcf.

I dont think he was a villain quite frankly
At worst he is more of an anti-hero ala Punisher who kills. First Vampires and Joker and then in the final chapter the villains of Arkham not really an innocent in the bunch.

My impression is that the Vampire Batman started out as a good guy. It's been ages since I read the original Elseworlds stories, but I believe in the first two, he's a good guy. Then he succumbs to his vampiric nature and becomes a bad guy, as of the third of the original Elseworlds stories, and more recently in Countdown (and related spin-offs).

I think that's enough to make him neutral and recruitable by either a hero or villain team (although Turtle may well disagree).

Hannibal King = Capt. Ben Diamo

That is all. ;)

It just means he doesn't make a very good Morbius sub...though he isn't a terrible one, especially with the full dial of stealth.

If only we had some indies to trade him to me :p

Or DC people wanting to make trades with me. :noid:

I have a few marvel draft picks but sooner than later, I'm going to need DC people that want to trade (I'll trade double recruitment points if nobody wants marvel draft picks) or else new marvel subs. :nervous:

I'm DC and I'll gladly trade with you JOH, x2 RP sounds nice, though there are quite a few Marvel picks I would like to have. just tell me who'd you like to have and we can figure out the rest later. :)

Here's the way I see it:

Drake = Linda Park-West (See, Linda's right there in the name, and that's what he calls that honkin' gun)
Hannibal = Flash Thompson ('cause he always thinks he's the pretty one)
Blade = Herbie ('cause he looks angry enough)
Morbius = Janet Pym (she's hungry too)
Dr. Strange = Forbush Man ('cause his outfit's almost as ugly)
The Darkhold Redeemers = Aunt May for all of 'em (yeah, they all suck THAT bad...)

And there you go. Ultimately, it doesn't really matter. You guys should just lay down on the street now -- out on the curb -- 'cause once you face the Disciples of the Darkhold (and you KNOW you will), either way, you guys are going down.

You are welcome.

Going down....

:noid:

Way down...

:cheeky:

Down town...

Yeah, that'd probably still be enough to take down the Disciples of the Darkhold. :cheeky:

And once you're done doing that, please shave Baron Mordo's head for me and ship him in a crate c/o Grim Reaper. I want my Dr. Druid back!

There will be no having him "back," as you never had him in the first place. Besides, he's perfectly happy playing himself rather that subbing. And now you're both going down...

I was in a bookstore with my wife on Saturday and saw a book called 'The Low Down on Going Down'.

I don't think it had anything to do with vampires or the dark arts though.
