It seems like no one wants to join my game. Is there any way to get people to join?

A lot of it has to do with theme.

I got like 20 people in a day for KC mafia and I think it was the worst game that I've run.

Why? Because people like Kingdom Come.

I've passed on games that I knew would be well run simply because I wasn't interested in the topic.

Not a lot of people know about Lord of Light. Hell, I thought you were originally going to do a mafia based on the Ray. :cheeky:

you have to LOVE the topic of what is about your game.

Also you have to know a lot about the game and characters that you will put i nthe game.

I wish my english could be better to write more dramatic and awesome write ups or put just the right words to make the players feel the things that I want they feel in that day phase. All things that made a nice game.

It must be something that everybody know to be something really interesting for everybody but the main thing again is: you must love the topic, because if you like the theme of the game you will enjoy it, no matter how many players sign up. and if you love the topic the game will probabilly be Great and more people will join to your next game.

I have to agree with Carlos on all accounts. Love of the topic is number one. Also, I feel lost in his games so I wish his ability to portray an idea was a bit mroe refined. That way his amazing ideas could be realized for what they really are. Sadly, I just find myself too lost to really give it my all, which really isn't fair to him. Still, I think his love for the subjects brings people in every game.

Well, lucky me there is some people who get the clues and twists each night.

In any case I have to say that even if you read my half english :confused: in a perfect way you and others will STILL be confused because I TRY to confused people!. That make things more interesting and the people who get the clues are even more amazing! also let people be guessing until the end!

and yes, I guess some things sometimes get even more confused of what I already want. :p
