No, not the Jim Carrey movie...Roger Clemens and Brian McNamee on Capitol Hill yesterday! Both of these guys are lying and they are guilty for what they did and they should both just shaddup and take it!

Clemens didn't take HGH, but his wife did?! Yeah, right! I can't believe McNamee used to be a cop and not only kept the evidence, but refused to call himself a drug dealer and didn't know that he was being duped by an online 'diploma mill' for his PHD...

These two are both pathetic and I hope they are both found guilty of perjury and forced to share a cell together!

Iagree. My god could Clemens have looked any worse. I think he is so full of ####. he did to HGH. That It was b-12 excuse is getting old. As soon as a pro saysthat I am like shut it down he guilty.

I dont get why McNamee would be tellig the truth about the others and Clemens is the only one he is lying about.
I think they are both low.

But Before I start they throw Clemens in jail we have to have some kind of proof. Not just the word of mcnamee.

I really wish they would just drop the whole thing. I really don't care anymore if Roger did steroids. I'm sure he probably did, but it's not like McNamee looks like any more of a credible witness. They should both get off SportCenter so I can see my basketball highlights.

Well, it's one thing when a guy with no subpoena powers starts asking questions about all the illegal things you've done. I think McNamee's police background is exactly why he kept the evidence but didn't say anything about it. After all, why would he implicate himself before he could negotiate for any kind of deal? Heck, he probably figured that Congress would lose interest and focus on, I dunno, the economy or the war or something else that's actually spelled out in the Constitution as a Congressional duty. As for Clemens, I'd like to see a peer reviewed study that shows that Vitamin B12 makes you flip the hell out and throw chunks of shattered bat at people.

He had to know that this stuff would come out one day, but keeping stuff that's seven, eight, nine years old...? It almost sounds like it was his 'rainy day' insurance policy. I loved how one of the people in congress asked Clemens if he had anemia, dementia, or any of the things that people took B12 for and he laughed it off before he realized that he was being made to look like a fool. I think Clemens has mishandled this thing since day one and is as guilty as Bonds or any other player in the Mitchell report.

While I certainly am not someone who thinks McNamee is the most pure witness to have, Clemens' actions have been worse in my opinion. In his quest to keep his name clear, he's thrown one of his best friends (Pettitte) and now his wife under the bus. Classy. :tired:

Interesting that now that a photo of Clemens at Canseco's party has shown up, Clemens' lawyers say that he "may" have stopped by the party after golfing. But they do go to the point of making it clear that Canseco, his wife, and the baseball announcers all said that Roger wasn't there.

So if I'm getting this correct, Roger's telling the truth, but McNamee, McNamee's lawyers, Pettitte, Canseco, Canseco's wife, the baseball announcers, the Mitchell report and who knows who else is either lying or "misremembering". No really, I believe you Roger.

In all honesty, if Roger just fessed up to it in the beginning, then he would still have credibility left. Now, he is just another athlete who used and tried to cover it up. Badly, might I add...

I was in Houston last week and I saw a billboard that said "Houston Supports Roger Clemens." Right. Because a guy who's paid tens of millions of dollars to throw a ball needs support. Of course, I wouldn't say that to his face. He might go into one of those "Vitamin B12 rages" on me...

Clemens is done, with that thing with the country singer when she was 15 and all of that, and a pro-wrestlers wife who he was having an affair with came out and talked. Hahaha, this dude is done!

Yeah, when you can tie Clemens to professional wrestling in any way, then you know he's traveling in the steroids circle!
