A bit too many feats for my taste - if you remove them all you could fit Connor Hawke on the team. But if it makes you happy then by all means go with it.
One change I would consider though is swapping out Speedy+Armor Piercing for JL Black Canary with Running Start - you could use a piece that's good in close combat.

499 points of unofficial themey fun. Got creamed by a JLA team, but it was great fun.

I may well run this Floor team (since I just got the LE feat):

Green Arrow 104
+Lucky Break 5
Red Arrow 73
+Opportunist 10
Green Arrow JL 70
R Speedy CD 18
+Warbound (Star City) 20
=300 points. Roy can WB to Connor, Ollie can WB to either of his sons, and Roy can use Opportunist to give even Speedy an opportunity to do something other than theme-PC.

It's really all about being an all-archers squad, though. :classic:

At 297 I won't be able to fit any feats that'll make a difference, but I love the fact that you can fit these 4 characters on one 300 point team.
