I call this one Martial Law, because I'm a bit silly. It is 500 points even.
Night Thrasher vet supernova - 73
Brilliant Tactician - 20
Nightwing crisis - 79
Contingency Plan - 12
Bronze Tiger - 60
Green Arrow crisis - 104
Point Blank - 4
Batman and Robin - 138
Outsmart - 10
Notice first that all 5 characters have the Martial Artist keyword, and also that there is one character for every 100 points of the total cost. Which means... it's a theme team. :D So it has two uses of Prob Control per game, and a bonus of +5 to your roll to see who goes first. So that's nice.
I would push Night Thrasher and Batman and Robin on the second turn. Why? Then they can use Brilliant Tactician and Outsmart, which is key to the team's survival. Green Arrow should be your major hitter; with a natural +2 at range, another +1 at range within 4 spaces, and the perplex from Night Thrasher in case they are farther away, you can boost his attack to 13 at any time. Also there's the two tokens that would presumably be on Contingency Plan, but I would probably use those on someone else. Bronze Tiger is there to round out the team with decent values. And of course you can BT everyone.
