I was curious as to how cheap a "Founding Seven" Justice League of America team (based on the cartoon) could be so I pulled it together. I'm surprised that it came out to less than 750 points (minimum for only a 5 character non-generic theme team) which means it averages at 105 points per character. Since build totals are only in increments of 100, this would be an 800 point build, actually requiring at least 6 characters for a theme. There's seven so it still works.
I'm also going to do the feats thematically, trying to match their personalities in the cartoon.

Icons Experienced Hawkgirl, 31 pts.
-Haymaker, 10 pts.
Justice League Rookie The Flash (Starro), 71 pts.
-Pummel, 10 pts.
Cosmic Justice Limited Edition Green Lantern, 151 pts.
-Telekinetic Reach, 12 pts.
Justice League Veteran Batman, 75 pts.
-Vault, 3 pts.
Cosmic Justice Rookie Wonder Woman, 71 pts.
Origin Rookie Martian Manhunter, 114 pts.
-Ambush, 5 pts.
Icons Experienced Superman, 222 pts.
-Fortitude, 25 pts
800 pts.

Now, I don't really like using the "Starro" characters as part of the team (thematically) because they're not in control of themselves. So, the cheapest team with their wits about them would be:

Icons Experienced Hawkgirl, 31 pts.
-Haymaker, 10 pts.
Crisis Unique The Flash, 123 pts.
-Pummel, 10 pts.
Cosmic Justice Limited Edition Green Lantern, 151 pts.
-Telekinetic Reach, 12 pts.
Justice League Veteran Batman, 75 pts.
-Vault, 3 pts.
Cosmic Justice Rookie Wonder Woman, 71 pts.
-Hold the Line, 4 pts.
Origin Rookie Martian Manhunter, 114 pts.
-Ambush, 5 pts.
Icons Experienced Superman, 222 pts.
-Protected, 8 pts.
900 pts.

This is for a 900 point build with a 6 character minimum for theme.

That is pretty impressive that it only takes 800 points to make the cheapest team, but I have 1 question. Are you basing it on the "Justice League" cartoon, because I always thought that it was Wally as the Flash and not Barry?

I think you can go cheaper, honestly, while improving playability. John Stewart's figures are all duds by modern standards, so you may as well downgrade to the Exp version and save the 53points for somebody who works better. If you use Rookie Hypertime Wally you can get down to a 700pt team, or stick with an 800 and keep the JL version. I'd also recommend the JLA Superman over the Icons Exp, his depth of mobility powers more than makes up for the weaker starting damage in my mind.

This is also true.

Exp Icons Hawkgirl 31
JL Unique The Flash 114
-Armor Piercing 10
CJ Exp Green Lantern, 97
Justice League Veteran Batman 75
-Thwart 15
Icons Exp Wonder Woman 109
Origin Rookie Martian Manhunter 114
JL Rare Superman 226 + Protected 8
Total 799

If you aren't trying for "keyword", I think you can probably squeeze another hundre points or so by using "Superman Blue", the Starter Batman, etc.

At some point you really loose the OOMPH you need however...

It is based on the cartoon, as I said, which is one more reason not to use the Starro version. The cartoon is Wally.

It is also the "Justice League of America" keyword. It's the only Justice League keyword that those seven characters in HeroClix share.

Nice going on the founding members theme speedster.
