Help with metal men team?

I have to build a 400 point team for this weeks game. I want to play Metal Men. I have all five minis and two of Gold. If it worth running this team? If so, what is the best strategy to try?

I ran a 300 Point Metal Man team this week. I used the following:

Alloy
2xMercury
Gold
Will & Platinum

Throw in Lead & Tin, and you've got your 400 points. Putting in Lead & Tin for Alloy and adding Iron leaves 45 points for feats or another Mercury and feats. It is also possible to add Iron and 30 points of feats. Mercury is a great harasser, and when Shape Change goes off he is really annoying. For feats, I recommend Nanobots and Armor Piercing. However, use whatever works best for you.

The strategy I had was block ranged attackers with Mercury and pound away with Alloy. Gold is a great utility piece and came through in the clutch for me.

I also suggest Pounce for Mercury and Homing Device to let others be able to hit that Stealthy Sniper that Mercury is holding down :P

I like using 3 copies of Mercury for tie-up. I rationalize it by remembering that Mercury is liquid, so it's like he's flowing over parts of the map and the three are just one figure in different areas. :p

Plus, that makes the team 380 points - much closer to the 400 total and you can easily find 20 points of feats to put on there.
