How Often Do You Play Clix

How often do you actually sit down, build a honest-to-goodness team, and play.

It doesn't matter where, how, or why, just the average number of times you play Heroclix.

About 2-3 times a month for me.

Depending on my work schedule, and my wifes, 1-3 times a week.

I don't have a set number of times. Interest in venue play and the timing of the most local opportunities see me only going to that sporadically -- early February may have been the most recent time for me there.

Work complications have gotten in the way of attempts to line up a regular Friday night, after work gaming session. When it works it works well, but we haven't managed it in a few weeks.

I judge every week, and about half the time I get to play the bye players.

I get to a game to play as a player once every week or two.

So it's more than once a week, but less than two.

I play a casual game about once a month.

Due to scheduling issues, it's tough for me to get to a venue on a regular basis. So for now, most of my clixing is done online. A small group of us have done three events so far, each lasting about four weeks. It's a lot of fun.

Hopefully this summer my son and I will be able to do some regular tabletop play at a venue.

I'm a judge so my gaming time is watching players play.

So far this year I've gotten to play in 1 tournament and tonight will be my second "free-play" game of 2008.

Seeing as how it is still technically March, that averages out to once a month.

I voted for Twice a Month as that seems to be my average. I try my darndest to make it each week, but work, family and other obligations seem to creep in on clix time.

I can go long stretches without team building or playing or I can make/revise many teams in a day (like after I get the 1-48 sets off ebay) and or play up to 3 battles a day. I do big battles on days off that I don't get together with my brother. It's hit or miss but I love when I get the games in. Right now I have a lot of write-ups that are waiting to go. I just made a slew of teams using Crisis clix and still have M&M write-ups I haven't gotten to.

It depends entirely on my work schedule. Usually, I make it to at least one tournament a week, sometimes I make it to both of the local events, and even on a rare occasion I can get a friendly game or two in sometime during the month. Of course, there are also months where I don't get the right days off and end up not playing at all.

2-3 games with another good friend of mine as we test our tourney teams then play a big game on Wedsnday.

It's been once a week for me on Saturdays, but I'd like to play as much as possible just for the love of the game. If there's a prize to win, even better. I'm totally psyched though because I just moved into the north side of Chicago & found a venue with a cool judge. They have their events on Tuesdays, so as long as my schedule permits, I'll be able to play 2x a week!
