Well I was asked to redo the City of Heroes/Villains Characters. So here I am do a new Character Creation. I haven't done a Character Creation in a LONG LONG time. To everyone here I am the old guy here who started all this pretty much. I will go through each of the major characters. In this thread so keep an eye on this thread.
