for the 600pt 75% floor event, i thought maybe id use this team.

KC superman/protected/fortitude/271

Black Adam/protected/fortitude/287

Marvel Girl/40

total:598

BFC: isolation to thwart JSA teams, atlantis rising to make it marder for opponent, o-day just incase i see something that i don't like.

theres not much in the game that can withstand the fierce blows from Adam and superman. Plus tk will get me across the board and give them a SMASH in the face.

Could be a scary team, but in this event and the 2 after it, there is a 30 point limit on feats and bystanders. Your two fortitudes cost too much. So if your judge is a real stickler for the rules, he might not let that team go. ;)

I know. I think we're talking about this one, yes?

The chosen heroes have set off on their dangerous quest through dimensions to discover the source of the Crisis, and after many perils are about to breach the final barrier into the Anti-Matter Universe. However, your adversary has hand-picked an elite guard from the friends you left behind, enslaved to his will! Will you be able to defeat your friends and breach the final barrier?

This event will be a Floor:75% Crisis event. Note that the Anti-Monitor figure will be legal for this event.

1) At least 3/4 of your point total (a minimum of 450 points for this event) must be game elements (Figures, Feats, Bystander tokens) from the DC HeroClix: Crisis set.

No more than 5% of your build total (a maximum of 30 points for this event) may come from feats or bystander tokens.

Just sayin', is all.

While I like the premise, why not bring something like this?

KC Superman
Rip Hunter
Dawnstar
Dawnstar
Ahab
Chronos
-society

KC Superman is your obvious fire power, but the assistance of some outwit, TWO probability controls and some assisted attack power missing will not be an option for you. Dawnstar's and Ahab should be able to take out stealth problems early and KC Superman can be saved for clean up/heavy hitters. If you don't like Chronos you can go with Dream Girl and then some armor piercings on Dawnstars

Don't forget about the benefits you'll get from the Future keyword theme as well. This team is much more balanced.

I also think that the Fortitude you get from Rip Hunter is much more reliable. As of late if I KNOW I am facing a KC Superman or something similar I have been packing THWART to counter that feat card primarily (obviously protected would be second). Her if you did decide to take Fortitude you have more figures to possibly take an action. The thing is even with TWO big hitters remember there is a good possibility you will face some form of Colossal with the Antimonitor being released and I personally think he can take both KC Superman and Black Atom with his Psyblast.
