Speed - Web Swinging: This Character can use Leap/Climb and Running Shot.
Attack - Web Shooters: Spider-Man can use Incapacitate. When he uses Incapacitate and he doesn't move during this action he may choose one of the following:

If the attack succeeds against a target with zero action tokens, give the target two action tokens instead of one.
If he successfully hits a single target with a ranged combat attack when using Incapacitate, after resolving the action you can put the target in an unoccupied square of clear terrain adjacent to and at the same elevation as him.

Damage - Wise-Cracking: Spider-Man can use Perplex. When he uses Perplex against an enemy character it may by -2.

I like the dail a lot. Spidey should be really hard to hit and you have made him hard to hit! However i don't see the regen with spidey also he is not much into running shot. I would give him more of a built in pounce. that would be cool. something like.

Not bad. I kind of like Willpower at the end of dial rather than the beginning of the dial, but it works.

I like option 2 of the Webbing power very much. I'd go with a 3rd option - similar to Red Arrow's special power combining energy explosion and smoke cloud.

Too bad "Symbiote" isn't a keyword. That would give 'Spider-Sense' more versatility, allowing it's negative to take effect against Carnage and Toxin (if he's ever made)

Overall I like it. It seems relatively viable, even for a fanboy dial.
