Okay, so I was trying to make a team based on issues 90-94 that featured:

Blink
Morph
Longshot
Spider-Man 2099
Sabretooth
Psylocke

The best team that I could come up with that seemed comic accurate is:

E Blink 52 pts.
E Morph 90 pts. (w/ Auto Regen: 12 pts.)
U Spider-Man 92 pts. (w/ Nanobots: 10 pts.)
U Longshot 66 pts.
LE Betsy Braddock 44 pts. (Merc'd to X-Men: 10 pts.
V Wild Child Mod for Sabretooth 66 pts. (w/ Auto Regen: 12 pts.)

This put me at 454 (not a very round number) and I don't have the Vet Blink, Vet AW Psylocke, or a truly better dial for Sabretooth for upgrades. So, it seemed that I need to add another fig(s); I tried using Thunderbird and Shadowcat to make it like issue 98, but I got crushed because I didn't have a tentpole. Thus I decided that I had to fit Mimic in (despite them all never appearing together in an issue)...and after a slight dial mod to the M&M fig (removed click 8 for 18 pts-checked with dial generator for point value), here's what I came up with:

Same as roster above, except I added:

V Mimic 130 pts. (w/ Auto Regen: 12 pts.)

Now I have 4 points left for one more feat...my question is, did I completely remove the integrity of the game or does this seem legit? I'm open to other figs that appeared with the Exiles at some point to fill the gap, but I only have the last 11 issues, so I need some expertise. Thanks!

Well, there's quite a few runs that had decent teams, in my opinion;

Blink; Nocturne; Morph; Mimic; Magnus (Any R/E Magneto for this, probably); Thunderbird (I think Strong Guy's dial is a better representation, or perhaps a Hulk-esqe dial).

When in doubt, Wikipedia is your friend - If you search for the Exiles (comics) , it gives you a complete roster, from issue 1-100 to the current issue #7 of The New Exiles.

Good point, I have Wikipedia many times, the problem is that I don't have the IC E Magneto which would be best for Magnus. I think I should pick that up though so I could play this team if I wanted to...

I started thinking about trying to make a Valeria Richards piece as well to go with Reed Richards and Elektra from issues 91-94. Not sure what would be the best power representation for her though. But thank you again, great points!

Do you Le blink or LE Proteus? After mimic died morph pretty much utilized alot of proteus's powers.

Proteus/armor piercing/auto-regen
Longshot
LE Clarice Ferguson
Spiderman 2099
IC Sabretooth/auto-regen

505 i believe. They never really had that big of a roster at any given time and they really don't make up 600 points. hmmm. You could also put the Sasquatch (Heather Hudson), Magik, and Sunfire (as sunpyre?) if you want. Basically you may have to mix and match to get the perfect team as 600 is waaaay to much for the current one.

I don't have either LE, so I can't really go with that lineup. What I did discover is that Reed & Valeria Richards, along with Elektra, helped the team I was wanting to play in issues 91-94. So here's what I came up with:

E Blink 52
U Longshot 66
E Morph 90 + Auto Regen 12
U Spidey 2099 92 + Nanobots 10
LE Betsy 44 + Merc 10
MM V Wild Child as Sabretooth 66 + Auto Regen 12

FF E Mr Fantastic 62
CT R Invisible Girl as Velaria 37
CM V Elektra 26

This leaves me with 21 points, 16 of which I can dedicate towards feats. Ideas?
