You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Just noticed it disappeared (not that I wanted to report anything, by the way, I just repped someone and noticed something was missing - took me way too much time to figure out what exactly :p).
Is it part of the new infractions system, or is my PC bugged (once again)?
