Hey everyone!

This message is for the people who signed up for my upcoming mafia game, Crisis of Infinite CarlosMuchas.

First of all, I am sorry for the delay in getting started. I have posted elsewhere about the RL stuff that I had to deal with these past weeks. I meant to begin the game in mid-July. Rest assured that, at least, I have been able to create the 30 roles and will send them out in a week or so.

I am planning on starting the game no later than Friday, August 1st.

If your name appears on the list, please post in this thread that you still intend to play. If not, please let me know and I'll contact other people who are interested to offer them your spot. If you do not post here by midnight EST Monday, 7/28/2008, I'll assume that you are not playing the game.

I appreciate all of your input. For those of you who will be on vacation during the month of August, I will make sure to include a game mechanic that will allow you to go on hiatus from the game for up to a week. However, I'll still contact anyone with that issue on a case-by-case basis (in the event that your role is pivotal or affects people on the same team as you.)

Also, I am taking names for a "waiting list" in the anticipation that some folks might have changed their minds about playing.

The game will begin on Monday night, August 4th. Guess that DarqFeonix will be on his honeymoon that week... he might be too busy playing snugglebunnies to play mafia!! :p

Can't help but cracking up at this.

Make sure to set rules BEFORE you tie the knot. "I don't clean bathrooms or clean up cat poo." Women love when you take charge and set rule for them to abide by. Probably because it makes it more satisfying when they get pregnant and, in the name of your unborn child's health, make you do all the things you swore you wouldn't. Totally hypothetically speaking of course.

To answer the question - more roles are under consideration, but first I want to make sure that those who signed up first get first dibs. That is why no response = a chance for an already-existing role to be re-assigned.
