Exiles - Hostage Rescue Scenario

Okay, so our resident heroclix expert is going to be running a team of bad guys (prolly 1000 pts.) and three of us have to team up our 400 point teams to rescue the hostages and not get killed in the process.

He's going to be using traps (think concealed laser turrets, etc.) and the hostages will be spread out over the whole map, so we'll need to stick around for quite awhile.

Here's the unresticted team I'm thinking of running (I really like this comic and team, so I play it more than I probably should):

E Blink 52 pts.
U Longshot 66 pts. + Vault 3 pts.
V Wild Child (w/ Sabretooth mod) 66 pts. + 12 Auto-Regen
E Morph 90 pts. + Camouflage 8 pts.
Spider-Man 2099 92 pts. + Nanobots 10 pts.

This puts me at 399 points but my count. Any recommendations on other feats/characters?

No stealth??? Need a batman TA to copy or something... think RPG style adventure... think of a well-balanced party... I run stuff like this... Stealth... and more stealth kills.

A good start. You will need some stealth busting, so I would look at someone with RCE and Trickshot. Your best choice for that is Mimic who has 5 clicks of RCE all over his dial. He is too nice to not add to the team.

Adding E Shadowcat from Sinister gives you someone who can boost some defensive numbers, which is nice to have. Other good contenders are:

V Sabertooth from Ultimates.

E Sunfire (pretend the sculpt is something different ;) ) His LE is nice, Shiro Yoshida if you can get him. I run the E and use him as a battery/backup.

V Magick is cheap, and can be annoying, and is another battery. Gambit works at 90 points.

V Sage gives you some perplex to work with.

V Mystique from Uni/Xpl (standing in for the current Mystiq) would give you cheap perplex and stealth. AW Mystique is always a fun character.

V Xpl Psylocke for Enh, Stelth and Blades, or V AW Mystique for nightmare close combat.

For the heck of it you can throw in Nocturne. She shows up on my Exiles teams more often than not.
