what will be a unbeatable 500 pts resisted team
for him

it has to be theme

so im thinking about armor
what do you all think

I'd probably go with Mystical instead - there are a lot of good figures availible there:
SR Scarlet Witch
Klarion
R Shazam
Dr Alchemy
etc...
Scientist is a good one as well, of course.

There's no such animal as an unbeatable force, but I get what you're looking for.
Personally, I wouldn't be advertising ownership of a figure that no one should have in their possession until October 10th, but I guess that's just the Judge in me (I assume you're asking the question for at-home game use, of course, since he's not yet tournament legal).
For 200pts, Victor is... well, weak, even when compared to his FF starter version (the starter's Inv/MMind and Perplex/amped-Outwit combo make him much more formidable than just Indom., Inv, and Plex). With Victor's Mastermind SP only at the end of his dial and no Outwit at the top of his dial, you'll be hard pressed to keep him healthy. Give him good team abilities to copy (Batman, Ultimates, etc.), ways to heal (S.Squad, X-men/Titans, Support), and a good secondary attacker, and he should perform decently, if not great.
