Clix started out on Fridays...waaaaay back in the day when the shop first opened. When Magic started being played...clix had to be moved to Saturday for FNM. With the limited amount of play times and the amount of games being played...doubt highly the time will be changed.

Ok for scenario sunday August 8th is the chess scenario. Here are the rules for the scenari:

Each player's force is composed of 16 pieces, which can be either single-based figures or pogs. No Feats or Battlefield Conditions allowed. Build total is 1000 points, with 4 actions.

Each team has the following:

8 Pawns (P): Any figure or pog, 35 points or less.
2 Knights (N): Movement power or ability of any kind, 75 points or less.
2 Bishops (B): Movement power or ability of any kind, 100 points or less.
2 Rooks (R): Move and Attack power, any point value.
1 Queen (Q): Female figure. Movement power or ability of any kind, 100 points or more.
1 King (K): Any male figure, any point value, but if this figure is KO'd the player loses the round.

Each round lasts 30 minutes, or until the King has been KO'd.

If you use a map with standard starting areas, the pieces are arranged as shown below:

The following rules apply in addition to all others:

It was a fun scenario. The Zemo's sanctioned Thunderbolts assaulted Cap's Secret Avengers, while Stark's Proreg Super Scientist Squad stood by to bat clean up. Although, the T-bolts hit hard, Cap's Crew stuck to the shadows and made them pay in spades.

ok the 3 300 point teams will be modern age. the deal for this will be that there will be a roll before each game to see how many teams you will be using. so you will have your team 1, 2, 3.
there will be a d6 rolled and if its 1,2 then you use only team 1. if its 3,4 you use both 1 and 2, and obviously 5,6 you use all 3 teams. If you wish to be considered a theme team for all 3 then they must all be the same keyword.

As for Sunday we will be doing a halloween scenario.
build a 400 point modern age team. No other special build rules.
The player winning the roll to see who goes first gets to choose Zombie, Vampire, Werewolves, or Humans and their force gains that keyword and special trait according to the one they choose. The other team will pick from the remaining factions

Zombie Trait: This character has the standard boot symbol and now has a range of 1 but may use leap/climb and whenever he damages an opponent role a D6 subtracting 4 from the result with a minimum reult of 1 and heal that much damage.

Vampire Trait: This character may use blades/claws/fangs and when using BCF this character uses steal energy. Also They gain the flight ability if they do not already have it.

Were-wolf Trait: Once per game this character may be given a poweraction to transform into a werewolf. When this character transforms it loses all printed powers and abilities and immediately heals 4 clicks of damage and gains all the following powers. The character can use Charge and Leap/Climb,Blades/Claws/Fangs, and Toughness. This character also gains Indomitable and when he KO's an opposing character he may use regeneration as a free action.

Human Trait: This character can use penetraiting/pyschic blast as though they had a range of 4.
Also once per game the human side may choose one character to gain the following powers. Super Senses, Toughness, Shape Change, Perplex, Prob Control, and Leadership.

hope we all have fun with this scenario. I think it could be interesting. Give me some feedback if you feel that one is far too powerful I can scale it back

2) No single piece may be more than 200 Points.
