Interest in a Dick Tracy Mafia?

Well, I'm kind of bummed that Flash got such a low turn out for people. So I'm not sure if I want to try running something else. It would be a game that could be smaller though (15 people would be enough). I had reserved a slot for Dick Tracy, but was wondering if anyone would want to play or not. Similar to Flash, while based on something an in depth knowledge wouldn't be seriously required.

Would people be interested in playing a smaller Dick Tracy themed game (I want to gauge interest, as I'd rather not have it fail to materialize too, and disappoint players)?

A mythic Asgardian mafia could be cool (if only to put forth a majorly butt kicking red bearded Thor). Marvel could be neat too.
