I krrp going to the Wizkids site but I don't see any place where people are playing except for one spot on Thursdays. Are people still playing at venues?

The three places I used to play here in Houston have closed down. Darn shame.

Pretty much all the Houston venues have long dried up. The last I heard Bo's and Midnight Comics (on the West side) were still running tournaments and one place in the Woodlands (Fat Ogre I believe). I know the previous judge for Third Planet stopped running events, but I don't know if anyone took over for him. Strike Zone went to Online only (no storefront). Heroes, GMU, and Alpha closed down. Nan's stopped running events. There were a few scattered places trying to run events last year, but from what I understand they all either stopped or went out of business (Tri-Force games for example).

Houston is a tough town for gaming...

Becky was running events at 3rd planet for a while I live in Missouri city too. So there are not many places near by. It would be worth checking out montags in pearland. Also

someone ask becky to plan an event or we have to poll a group and get a friendly game going once a month.

Third Planet is not really a gaming venue. You have to play on top of old comic books. They don't have table for you to play on. Montag is currently the only 1 still have tournaments through Feb. That's the 1 you mentioned on Thursday. Midnight comics might still play, but the last I heard the Judge had a death in the family and have not ran a tourney for over 3 weeks. I Judged at Skirmish games in Deer Park. If you guys like to have a tournament once a month we can have it there. There is also a new venue on Kirby near 59. This place opened about 2 months ago. Have not been there, but we can ask the owner to see.

Nana's is on the feeder at Shepard. This is a game store and not a comic book store on Kirby.

Hey Houstonians, I'm in Houston at the Galleria and am looking for anything in town. I can't even find any boosters, let alone a place to play.

Any help?
